First, the doctors are wonderful and I have no issue with them on our brief interactions during my exams. Since my first visit with Stacey, on my next two follow-up visits she wasn't nearly as nice and even seemed annoyed when I tried to make small talk or ask to get more information on my gums. I eventually went with another hygienist due to scheduling and liked her so I switched entirely and have been seeing someone else the last 3+ visits. Like my previous office, if I have to reschedule at any time - they book out like 8 months so you're screwed. This is why I switched offices initially, who the hell is going to wait 8 months to be seen if they have something come up between the 6 month appointments? That means you're waiting well over a year even for a cleaning. Nope. It's happened multiple times to me here and it is the exact reason I switched offices to begin with. These appointments are booked incredibly far in advance and people have lives - so when you need to reschedule I can understand a few weeks or a month but my Feb 02 appointment being rescheduled for August at the soonest?! Unacceptable. Additionally, the receptionists are rude when you call and try to ask any questions and are condescending. I've been nice when I've called and I'm met with some sort of indifference and talking down to for asking simple questions or trying to explain a situation. I'm again switching offices. I'm out. It started off well but the level of care isn't the same as my initial review. Not by a long shot.

Prior to this appointment, my wife and I called Weis Dental and left numerous messages informing them our insurance had changed and to verify if they accepted our new coverage. These messages went unanswered and never returned. However, on the morning of March 27, I was able to speak to a member of the Weis Dental team on the phone and I gave them my updated insurance details. On this call they stated that "if I don't hear back, I can consider the insurance accepted". I never heard back but did not trust the statement on the phone. Therefore, when I arrived on March 28, I checked twice with the office staff that they accepted my insurance. I was told that morning that they "had ran the insurance this morning and I was covered". Since then, Weis Dental is demanding full payment for both appointments out of packet ($900+ face value of the bill) even though they fully admit they mislead me on accepting my insurance. AVOID!

The last two visit seems to be the same, the dental assistants in the room were arrogant. The one we had was a Spanish lady, dental assistant. She came in, introduced herself and greeted my kids. As soon as she sat down, she went straight to work while rushing through the procedure. She was not suctioning the saliva fast enough during build near the tonsils. My son was uncomfortable the whole time, when I should've have stopped it right there. But stupid me, I didn't. She didn't care for his well being while she talked over him trying to finish up. I noticed he was about to vomit. I quickly rushed over to tilt his head forward so he can throw up. It got all over his sleeve and chair. The dental assistant did not show any sympathy. But gave an attitude, got up and swipe the dental chart from the counter and left the room without saying a word. Soon, the dentist came in. She didn't ask if he was ok or how he was feeling, but asked him to lean back while she pulled the overhead light fixture and etc. I blame myself why I was dumb enough to give them a third chance when the second one was a red flag. I later called the receptionist, "Please take my kids' name off the patients list, we are going somewhere else".

The dr always makes my children feel safe and comfortable. They don't fear coming here like they did their last dentists office. I still needed to make an account change that wasn't even addressed due to this nonsense. No call from anyone. My appointment was Thursday afternoon 10/16 and I asked to speak to a manager in person after my appointment. Of course they were unavailable. So the manager said they would personally call me on Thursday evening and if not then, it would be Friday 10/17. No call. Not once. Not from the office, or the manager. Disgusting and poor customer treatment from all parties at the Upton Dr location, except for the dentist and hygienists. Dr. Rosenblum took care of an emergency situation for my daughter during our first spring break here and after he made her feel so comfortable, my daughter insisted that he continue to be her dentist. Dr. Wright is now our orthodontist and she was so patient and thorough through that process. We were a little early for our appointment but were taken to the back right away. they have TV, magazines and a few toys in the lobby if you do have to wait. The dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth was wonderful. She explained to him step by step what she was doing and was very gently with him. Since he's only 3 he is a bit apprehensive to lay back in the chair and have anything done in his mouth but he was made to feel very comfortable. Once she was done and we were waiting for the dentist they have a large variety of books the kids can engage in. He loves their animal book which lists hundreds of animals from around the world. Once Dr Levin came he gave him a very quick examination and gave him a clean bill of health. One thing that stood out to me that is why I will remain a patient here is Dr Levin's response to my son complaining of tooth pain. When he examined his mouth he said he didn't see anything but If my son kept complaining to bring him back at no charge. The process of install and adjustments has been smooth. Wait times for adjustments minimal. The pricing seems around standard for their office to do your child's braces. They have a monthly payment plan at no interest. They take most insurance plans. I would encourage a read of both my in depth original review and updated version if considering braces. If your child breaks up dental care and braces with two practices be prepared for a lot more juggle. I like that everything is in house. I can't recommend them enough.

I agreed to a payment option with them and I have email proof of this agreement and the office manger (Dr.Dolenuck's wife) decided to charge my account for $700 without even letting me know. When you have a payment scheduled they have a form that you fill out to ensure they are allow to draft payment without your consent an they didn't have me fill this form out. I called to speak with her and she was very rude even so bad that she hung up on me. I advise that I did not authorize the transaction and her response to me was "you still owed the money so it is what it is." She also stated that she couldn't refund it that day because she has "closed the system for the day" I am truly saddened at my experience here because I have been coming here for so long. I went in for a routine cleaning and told them that I was experiencing some discomfort and one of the crowns that I had done a year prior to, and Dr Mollie listen to what I had to say and could've easily told me I needed an expensive root canal or other dental procedure to repair, however, she diagnosed my issues and it was simply something small that she was able to take care of right then right there. So they put another one in and told me they weren't sure if my insurance would cover it? I looked at my bank statement and it appears they charged me for total amount in the meantime. No one followed up with me as of yet on whether they billed my dental insurance. When they put latest filling in I saw that it was uneven and they agreed to fix it.
