I spent about a year reading about different places and just taking my time comparing and reading reviews. So glad I found Ashley! She is truly an artist! The permanent makeup indeed looked soft and natural. I got so many compliments, and some from complete strangers. My friends and coworkers loved the shape of my brows, and asked how I shape it so evenly all the time. When I tell them it's permanent makeup, people are completely surprised. Came here for my first appointment in September and did my touch up in late October. It has been a…read moremonth since I got my touch up and my brows look great! This was my first time getting any type of PMU and it's really one of those things where you just had to trust the process. My brows faded pretty badly after my first appointment, and when I did my touch up, I thought the pigment wouldn't stay again but I was wrong and the pigments slowly reappeared after around a month! I waited 4 months to get this appointment (I can only make it to the 5pm appointments because of work and hence the longer wait time) and it was absolutely worth it! She has really strict rules with the aftercare (can't wash hair for a week and can't let steam or water get onto the face) but your brows will turn out great as long as you follow them! Hopefully they will last long! Will definitely come back for my future touch ups!

From the early times of plotting my brow design to the different hues of my refresher, she is as detail oriented regardless of what stage you are at with your eyebrows. Her recommendations match your skin texture and your undertones. I wanted something that was dark, but now "wow you have new eyebrows" and not something that can fade into blue or purple over the years. So we started off light and the next time around we went a shade darker. I think best of all, she went over aftercare and how to maintain the shape of my brows -- I am no longer plucking or waxing my brows and now use a shaver and I'm never looking back.
