So happy I was referred here!!! My vet was going to charge an arm and a leg for teeth cleaning and so I wanted to consider other options. Other places were going to make me come in for a consultation before booking a cleaning Niki's place did not make me come in for a separate visit which is amazing. They discussed pricing range and took blood morning of to make sure my pup was good for anesthesia. Everyone was so friendly and it was a super easy and quick drop of and pick up. They also thoroughly explained what they did, post care instructions and blood results and answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed out. Will definitely be coming here again! Plus they gave a super cute bag with your puppers name on it during pick up!

Niki's Place came highly recommended. I was hesitant at first thinking I may sacrifice quality care for price. But the office is amazing and the staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Their system is spot on. My 11 1/2 year-old dog needed teeth, cleaning and six extractions. They took good care of her and got her home to me by 11:15 in the morning. My Vet quoted me from $1681 to almost $2300. Niki's Place charged me $605 complete with bloodwork and including extractions. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of service and care and I will continue to use them for these services.

I had my 1 year old kitty spayed, along with rabies shot, and microchip. It was so affordable coming out to be $250.00 exactly. The staff was absolutely amazing, the vet included. Including how sweet they were to Applejack! My baby came back home safe and even received a sweet bag for the holidays. I am going to bring my other kitty here, I loved the experience.

I recently brought my cat, Nyx, in to Nikki's Place to be spayed and I have nothing but good things to say! We came in on the cat side which was perfect for my girl because she's super skittish and doesn't do well with dogs. The girls up front were very friendly and we were put into an exam room right away. A nurse came in and briefly examined Nyx and answered all my questions I had since I was nervous about her surgery. I got to meet Dr. Pete who was performing her surgery. He was very reassuring and gentle with my kitty during her exam. When I came back to pick her up after her spay, there was a bag with her name on it along with her paperwork which I thought was awesome. Her post-op care was explained to me very thoroughly and once again answered all the questions I had. I was very impressed with my experience and will definitely be returning! I could not recommend them enough!

I was so hesitant to book an appointment at the Mesa spay and neuter clinic, due to the fact they take FOREVER to check you in and out! Luckily, I've heard so many great things about Niki's place and decided to book my Goldendoodle Macy's spay here! To my surprise, check in was a BREEZE!!!! Zero long lines when I showed up at the exact 6:30am check in time (I went on a Tuesday) ! At the pet clinic you would have to go before hand and there would be a line that wraps around the building. But at Niki's place it was pretty much in and out for the drop off and pick up. I would say once they open their doors at 6:30am we were instantly invited into a waiting room and was screened by the vet. All of which only took 30mins which is QUICK compared to any spay or neuter place I've been to which could take an hour to check in. I also love how they give you take home directions and ask if you needed any other services added on. They also ask if you have a time preference for pick up which is so thoughtful! SO once they called me later on to schedule my pick up time I was able to go when I needed and pick up my pup. Once I arrived to pick up my pup after her spay, I noticed how organized they were. They had already set out her pain medication baggie and take home e-collar! They also lined up the other dogs for that day as well! I was so impressed! It was so that people could easily grab their aftercare, pay and go home with their pets. They did such a great job handing off my pup, breaking down the cost and allowing me to ask questions about their aftercare sheet that I was able to take home. Honestly, they were also SO affordable! I priced it with the other spay and neuter clinic and they were around the same cost if not a little cheaper with better service and shorter wait time for checking in and out! I payed $140 for my goldendoodle female pup for her spay. She weighed 49lbs and that price came with her pain medication, directions and an e-collar! Couldn't be more happy! Please book your next spay or neuter here because you won't regret it!

A little disappointed when I took my dog in a couple of weeks ago to have his teeth cleaned. The cleaning went fine but after some confusion and miscommunication was clarified. I have an senior dog and one of his blood levels was high. They called me to ask if I wanted to continue with the service and I said I did and would have my pet checked out by our own vet in a few weeks as they recommended. A couple of hours later they phoned and asked when I'd be picking up my dog and I thought he was ready after the cleaning. Nope...they hadn't started because they thought I said no to the cleaning. It was frustrating but we got is straightened out. The cleaning was fine and the vet was very nice. The biggest issue I had is the staff were not wearing masks. I didn't ask because you know, people can be belligerent about that in this day and age. All clients in the waiting area were wear wearing mask though. Not sure I'd take my pup back. It's a bit of a drive and the prices are better than my own vet for sure.

I'm a college student and I took my pup to get spayed at their clinic. They were the most kind souls. Very affordable and took very good care of my baby! 10/10 would recommend!

This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
