It felt like a business transaction rather than a genuine patient-focused experience. I made an appointment for my senior father, who is already fragile and has several medical issues. I confirmed his insurance details with Bertha, the coordinator, who assured me everything was good to go. However, when we arrived for the appointment, she suddenly claimed they couldn't find his insurance as active. Instead of offering an apology for the miscommunication, I was blamed for sending the wrong insurance information, despite not being informed of any issue before the day of the appointment. I was told in a condescending tone that other people just pay out of pocket, implying it was no big deal to them. The attitude was unprofessional and hurtful, and I felt completely discriminated against. Bertha clearly showed no value for the time spent or allotted to patients. This place is focused on money, not genuine care. I will never return, and I urge others to find a dental office that actually values their patients. Don't waste your time here.

Recently, I thought I might need a root canal. He was extra careful and referred me to a specialist to be extra sure that I didn't need it at this time. I found his office on Yelp and I can say I have no complaints about the dental work. In the beginning, the front desk staff seemed to have a lot of turnover but recently it runs like a well oiled machine. They're popular so I suggest you make appointments in advance unless you have an emergency.

My son recognized him as a dentist who made a visit to his school to talk about teeth and it's very easy to see why he's so popular with the little ones. But I've never had such a difficult time to schedule/reschedule an appointment before. I always feel like I have to take time off work or pull my son out of school or wait another month or more. Their hours are terrible. The 7am Fridays would be great if we lived closer but we'd have to leave even earlier to get through traffic and then there's no guarantee we'd be finished in an hour to get to school on time. 2pm closure on Fridays is crazy. And they close at 3pm on Tuesdays and 5pm on the other days. They are always booked solid so good luck if your child gets sick.
