I have been a Nike customer for as long as I can imagine and it is the primary sneaker if not the only brand of sneaker that I wear. I have been wearing the Air Max 2017 for ages and I was in the store and happened to ask a manager if they wouldn't mind looking at a pair of sneakers that I had as it looked like they were failing in a rather quick manner. I was told by this individual that I'm wearing the wrong type of sneakers based on the wear pattern; yet again I've been wearing this style of sneaker for ages and have several unworn at home as I buy them when they go on sale. I have never had a problem in the past. He told me that the tag inside the shoes which is supposed to be representative of a two year warranty is actually no longer valid and that the only thing I could do is call Nike customer service and send the sneakers in for evaluation but I was wasting my time. Again, he continued to tell me that it was my wear pattern of the shoe that broke it down. He said he was a sneaker expert and refused to do anything at all. Went to Merrimack and they swapped the shoes out within 10 mins and when the manager heard the issue she knew who I had been dealing with and rolled her eyes. I have been in here several times and the vibe is just very different from other Nike stores. read more

Store should consider updating their hours. Arrived at 6:27 to be told the store is closed. Google shows the store is open until 7, rude staff just shaking their head and waving their hand in a neck cutting motion to indicate they are closed. read more

I liked this store & I bought 3 pairs of sneakers but I do agree with the previous reviews that say they're using deceptive pricing. It wasn't clear that all the shoes along the wall weren't on a super discount. That being said it was a huge store with a lot of variety so I'll definitely be back. Took my daughter to this store today to get her new sneakers. She is 9 and I wanted to have her foot measured to ensure that we would be purchasing the right size for her to wear and grow into. First of all, despite there being a number of employs wandering around, nobody offered to assist us despite the fact that we were clearly looking for the right shoe. We found one employee who clearly had the look of someone who did not want to be there and could care less about providing assistance. I asked him if they could measure my daughters feet and he placed the foot measurement device on the floor and walked away. No help at all. This is more a reflection of the management of the staff than it is the staff itself who also bears some responsibility. Ended up ditching the factory store and finding a better deal with better help at a local place in Newburyport. We will not be shopping the Factory Store again. read more

Went in to the return area, with my receipt and the shorts with all tags on which I purchased four days ago as a gift. They did not fit. Koha was the employee who waited on me. After he rolled his eyes. And decided to do the refund. I kindly asked for the receipt back as I had other gifts on it. He rudely said ya! After I give you your change. As though he was bothered he had to wait on me. Truly lost my business! Train your employees not to be so rude! And if you're unhappy at your job find another one! read more

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my Grandson on 12/16/23. I was told by the store representative that I would definitely receive them before Christmas. I got a message on 12/22/23 that the package was ready for shipment on that day. The delivery date is now scheduled for Wednesday 12/27/23, Two days AFTER Christmas. My Grandson is going to be extremely disappointed, and now I don't have anything to give him Christmas day. Do not believe what these people tell you about their "Guaranteed delivery" because obviously they are clueless! read more

Major disappointment, for a number of reasons: I understand that staff uses technology to work, I did not know they would use it as an excuse not to engage in customer service. No employee asked my wife if she wanted any help finding anything, despite it being part of their policy. No employee said any form of a greeting to myself or my wife as we walked through the isles of poorly glued seems, limited options for running sneakers (isn't Nike for athletes, fitness, physical and emotional and mental health?) and most certainly no employee spoke a word to either of us as they stood incredibly close, less than arms reach, adjusting clothing that was in perfect order (I have worked in retail, I know it is anti theft procedure, but could you PLEASE behave like less of a panicked zombie, as it is genuinely a requirement for the job?), or simply STARING with hands on hips less than two feet away. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT TO SHOP IN. Not one employee gave eye contact. Lastly, "Girls want Girls" is on; I'm a lesbian. Not cool, Nike. I was there with my family on Saturday April 22, outside and inside the store they had signs saying 20% off ALL footwear, no small print, no nothing, just all footwear, at the cashier when I claimed the 20% she told me that some of the 6 pairs I got didn't have the discount, I said but it says ALL FOOTWEAR and I'm buying footwear, she said that I was right and she definitely understands since many people had the same situation (she was very sweet, kind and understanding) Mayoli, I asked for the manager and he was an A-Hole Kolton was very rude and disrespectful in front of people, he treated me like I was there begging o asking for freebies. I felt discriminated for his treatment and the way he spoke to me, one of the things he told me with an attitude was "well, most people understand that is not everything" (even tho it said all footwear) I told him, well, I'm most people and it clearly says all. He treated me li if I was stupid. I may not be white but I certainly was there to spend my money, not to be treated like that.
