The staff was friendly and accomodating and the meal we had at Apache Grill was fantastic. We enjoyed the casino as well. Only critique is how loudly the room doors slammed, waking you late at night or early in the morning. Overall, was happy with our stay and would stay again.

Not sure it's because of what we had or if every dish is as awful as what we had. My husband had the burger, very dry and I had the fish and chips. Way too much coating on the fish and the chips (fries) were lukewarm and soggy. If someone had a better experience , I'd like to hear about it. But for us it's very doubtful we'd eat there again.

I went to ask if he worked here and he stated, "Sort of." He knew nothing, didn't ask if any of us needed help, and just told us he didn't know much. I asked if there was a manager or supervisor and that's when he said he was. No wonder no one answered the phone during working hours at 3:00pm, no one wonder this place is going down hill...when you have a sloppy, lazy, incompetent manager with zero experience and zero customer service, you'll see why people would rather drive to DFW. Get a new manager ASAP!

The man at the front entrance told me I couldn't bring my cup of ice water in, even if I poured out the contents. I hate Styrofoam and always bring my own cup into casinos. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Coffee available throughout the day in the main lobby. Highly trained hotel staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. And, of course, having the casino connected to the hotel was convenient so we could just walk over without going outside into 100+ degree heat. Special kudos to Amber at the front desk. An amazingly friendly, caring person who insisted on giving me bottles of water along with instructions to sip slowly after I returned from an outing for the afternoon. https://book.onagilysys.com/onecart/wbe/room/650/kiowacasino/2026-08-15/2026-08-16/RACK/1

I realize how spoiled I am coming from Dallas with the stadium seating and comfortable seats, which this theatre has none of. You can hear the movie in the next auditorium playing and before the previews it is really dark in the auditorium so it's hard to see who is sitting where. I will say the prices for admission and food are great and nice people. It's currently June 2022 and today we got a trailer for Top Gun 2, scheduled to come out in Summer 2020. Obviously it was delayed due to covid but it was bizarre seeing a trailer for a movie supposed to come out 2 years ago. But this is THE movie theatre in the town so better enjoy it.
