Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price. That same evening he was already successful at serving one of the individuals and by Thursday night he was able to serve the second person in the middle of the night who was being very difficult. Because of this situation, I have not even been able to enter my own property since purchasing it. Mr. Foster handled the service of legal documents with exceptional professionalism and care. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction. He also used a body camera to document the service, demonstrating a very high standard of professionalism. What impressed me most was his thoroughness.
