I asked the gentleman on the other end, Michael, the same questions expecting the same type of response and to my surprise, he invited me to visit the store so he can explain and see my options. When I got there, he helped me right away. Even though it got busier, his focus was on me. Not an ounce of a "car-salesman mentality". I never felt pressured to buy anything and I was not rushed. Worst part is I gave them every opportunity to do what was right. Even offered for them to pay me back in payments (as I heard they are struggling due to their inexperience and poor management practices.) I gave them all receipts, was without my vehicle for weeks and even proved they caused damage by two separate mechanics (one being Ford dealer) and they still claimed they aren't responsible. Bad business and worse ethics. I hate to see small business struggle and hate posting bad reviews but people need to know this is not the same place it was. The owner even told me there are other truck places in town and I suggest everyone seek them out. Trucks and Moore and Dealer Options have been around a long time. They said there was a hole in the a/c line. The line wasn't touching anything so it would be impossible to "wear" a hole in it. The hole was right in the area they had been working. They then charged an additional $150 to fix my a/c. I would never recommend them because of their dishonesty. If they would have been honest and fix the problem they created I would have given them an A+ rating. The dishonesty made everything good they done seem insignificant.

The popular local chain is quite overpriced and their work and quality varies from location to location and from job to job. This guy is consistently professional based on everyone who has recommended him and based on my experience. He's essentially a one man show that occasionally has his son work on the vehicles with him. He's been doing this for over 20 years and he's the only one that I would trust with most classic vehicles. I was deliberate with what it was that I wanted and he delivered! He also will help you design a system and build the components to make it work for your own specific vehicle and the product that you want. He does rims and tires as well, and if that's what you're looking for I would imagine that he does a great job with that too based on the customers vehicles that I saw firsthand while I was there. This business is excellent!

I'm a chick and most people are going to roll their eyes at a review on a mechanic shop by a chick. But! I used to be a jet mechanic on F16's in the Air Force, soooo I'm not completely wet behind the ears when it comes to maintenance and tools. But I digress, let's get on with this review. First impressions: excellent. Dan took my numerous phone calls, was very professional, courteous, answered all my questions and accepted my drop order of rear rotors and brakes for my Lexus. Trinity Motor Sports shop: clean, comfortable, with a tv and several car magazines to keep a customer busy, and had water and coffee to boot. Service: excellent, my car was done in less than an hour, I did however drop it off right at 1000 when they opened (Saturday hours). Vehicle performance: brakes and rotors are smooth as silk now, AND I still have my locking lug key (yes, people have forgotten to give it back) cough cough "Lexus" Anywhoo, I'm usually doing my own work on my car, but this time I needed the job done while I was out of town. I now know where I can go "if" I ever have any issues with my car while working in Savannah. Dan, thank you for working on my "baby" I LOVE my Lexus and I trust very few people with working on her.

Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on or around February 19 for service and handed the keys to the shop…read moreafter parking directly in front. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.
