We met with several companies after viewing their respective work in the Remodelers Showcase, and we are incredibly happy that we chose Roberts Residential. From the initial meetings and planning with Kory, to the day-to-day oversight of Chris - we have nothing but good things to say. There are always surprises when you're gutting someone else's build, so it was reassuring to have people on the ground who were knowledgable, experienced, and honest. Communication with Chris was great. And budget-wise, we ended up pretty close to where we expected to land. Yes, there were change orders; but they were almost always due to expanding the scope of the job -- and not because we were being gouged. We also really liked that RR has their own cabinet shop, and a crew who has been with the company long-term. Lastly, and people don't usually write this, but it's important: they're all nice guys. If you're doing a Twin Cities remodel, you should absolutely meet with Roberts.

They even made recommendations for some tweaks based on how we were intending to use the room - and it wasn't even an upsell. We knew exactly what to expect, and they delivered. The total cost was right around what was originally quoted, and there were not any surprises. The room is everything we wanted it to be - it's so beautiful - and we are already getting a lot of use out of it! Thank you for all your hard work and the care and attention you gave our home!

I wanted something more modern, functional, and built to last. Bridge Point was extremely communicative, detailed, and well-organized throughout the entire process. The crew really did a great job, and the walls and ceiling turned out looking great. Omar was a great communicator, and stayed on top of timing for this project. While I did a lot of the pre-drywall work myself, Omar was a great consultant and the drywall work was completely very quickly once I completed my work and had all permitting approvals. I HIGHLY recommend Omar and Bridge Point Construction for general contractor and Drywall services. Extremely professional, timely and the results were great.

Please look no further than Justin Kubat, of Kubat Exteriors, LLC. for your remodeling and construction needs. I can only speak to a deck build specifically, but have heard enough word-of-mouth stories about how exceptional he is with just about any exterior AND interior (kitchen, bathroom, remodel) need you have. I could probably write a book about how our deck job turned into a bit of a nightmare but how Justin went so far above and beyond that words won't even do justice to how pleased we are with him as our contractor, and with the final product. You will not meet another professional who is more meticulous, more of a perfectionist, more of an advocate for you, than Justin. The nightmare of this job was almost entirely due to the deck supplier - an appropriately scathing review for them will be coming soon. Long story short, the deck store was so incredibly unorganized, the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing, constant lying, back pedaling, improper materials supplied, and on and on. A job that should have taken 2 weeks, took 6+ weeks. But enough about that terrible place, we're talking about Kubat Exteriors. Almost daily, Justin had to fight for us, for the product we ordered, for the design we picked, losing precious time and money from being able to move on to his next projects. But through it all, we never felt like we were put on the back burner while waiting on materials (again, only due to the unbelievable incompetence of the deck supply store). I could go on and on about the service, professionalism and friendliness of Justin. As for the final product, look at the pictures and see for youself. Just like these words, the pictures do not do justice to what it looks like in person, knowing the painstaking amount of time he put into this project. Even though Justin probably never wants to see our house again for how much of a headache this job was, he will be our first call when we have other construction and remodeling needs. Look no further than Justin with Kubat Exteriors, LLC. I assure you, you will not be one bit disappointed.

Throughout the process we had excellent daily communication with Gaetan, the field manager, and Bill, project manager. The quality of the design, materials, and workmanship was superb. Joe, one of the carpenters, saw an opportunity to improve the design and discussed it with us, Gaetan, and Bill. We all agreed with the changes and they were implemented. We are very pleased with our porch and use it almost every day during the spring, summer, and fall. This is our second experience working with Boyer Building. The garage roof is perfect at half the price of our first bid. After the garage project, we unfortunately found a problem with a roof truss on the house and had to get it fixed quickly. Again, Wonderwoman was responsive in evaluating the issue, gave us two different project scenarios and explained everything along the way. Big repair jobs are scary. You just don't know (and neither do they) what you are getting into until you begin the project. The fact that they walk you through it step by step, including contingencies and worst-case scenarios makes it a lot less scary. And their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
