Never took any responsibility for what they did. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!! I had a ONE foot hole in my roof from a tree. SIX months, 2 ceilings, 500 shingles later they finally got it done at about 5 times the cost it should have been. They patched the one foot hole with a 200 sq ft tarp ruining 60 feet worth of shingles. Tarp failed while the waited for insurance to cover what they destroyed, so they put up a larger 300 sq ft tarp that went over the top of my roof to the back side ruining more shingles. Ruined 2 ceilings when tarp failed / missed replacing shingles with nail holes in them from the tarps. Finally got the insurance company to pay for the shingles they ruined putting on the tarp. Wouldn't do anything until they gad the insurance money. Scheduled everything at their convenience with no regard to our time.

Zachary came to my meeting with the insurance adjuster and helped me understand the process (I don't have many insurance claims under my belt), interfacing and making me feel at ease. Again, Jose kept in contact with me about what to expect and scheduled on my time. The new roofs, gutters, fascia repair and bathroom vent all turned out great! Simply put, I will be using Precision Exteriors again as long as I have a house in the Twin Cities. I will and have recommended them to a number of people already.

After quickly assessing the cause of a lot of water, we shut off the main line into the house and began cleaning up with wet/dry vacs and moving a lot of items to an area that the water had not spread to. Once we figured that the amount of water was too much, we contacted our insurance company (State Farm) and they pointed us to Service Restoration. Service Restoration had someone at the house Christmas Day night about 10:30 pm and he did a quick assessment of the situation and by midnight Service Restoration had a crew there, removing soaked carpeting, cutting sheetrock and dehumidifiers humming right away to begin to dry things out. Fast forward a few days and not only did Aaron have every portion of the restoration setup, but because my mother was in home hospice, Aaron was able to put his guys in a holding pattern so that mom could have her final days in quite surroundings and her family by her side. Aaron and his team have a great bedside manner and come from a place of understanding, not just being about business. Once possible to begin work, Aaron was on top of things, always keeping the family in the loop of each and every step. Even though it was not needed, Service Restoration would follow up with us every week to make sure things were going as planned with Aaron and his people. That was always a quick call as I did not have any concerns about any of the work that was being done. If you have a choice in who can help rebuild a loss of your home, I would not hesitate to contact Service Restoration. If you are lucky enough to have Aaron running the show, you will not be disappointed!

From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.
