The bread is so fresh and perfectly flaky, the prosciutto was soft and delicious, and the mozzarella was the actual good mozzarella that melts in your mouth. He makes the sandwich in front of you, which is so much better and fresher than those pre-made sandwiches everywhere else. It was def worth the slightly extra effort and time to get go here instead of getting food from the train station. This is a perfect lunch esp if you have 4+ hours on the train. Do yourself a favor and go here. The price is great too- only €3.50 for this deliciously fresh sandwich.
