I can't say enough good things about what a difference it made for my friend, she had light and joy in her eyes that I hadn't seen in months when she came out!?! After a thorough review of the literature and available resources we chose Immersive Therapy and began our journey. We had a consultation with the chief physician and discussed the process. We worked closely together to design a dosage and focus for my session and she was there to guide and support me throughout. I found the experience to be tremendously rewarding and I can't thank Luna and the staff enough for their professional and caring service. They have my highest recommendation!

Dr. Fischler has been there from the start; from prepping me for gynecological surgery at the beginning of my journey to preparing me for egg retrieval for IVF. I am proud to say that we have PGT-A normal embryos ready for transfer! She has not only administered the acupuncture to increase my odds in IVF success but she has given me guidance on lifestyle changes to better my overall health. She has relieved symptoms from a cold, has made headaches disappear, has alleviated cramps and back pain... and I've felt heard every step of the way. I could go on and on about the wonderful things she has done for me. I can confidently say that Dr. Fischler has the Gift of Healing. If you want to witness a Doctor of Miracles, then I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with her. I'm so entirely grateful for her and will continue to be a client of her's in the future.

They have improper billing practices. - sent NO INVOICE before charging two $115 transaction on our credit card. - only notified us one day before, still with NO INVOICE. Just an email saying they'll do it. - refused to work with my insurance even though i'm fully cover and was covered under other appointments I had with them. Stating they called them to figure it out but with no valid proof but word of mouth. It was really strange they didn't let me know ahead of time. The service date was in March and it's AUG they just let me know and charged my card that my insurance wasn't working for only this date of service. I could have just called my insurance myself to get it figured out but i didn't get a chance to do that. STILL no invoice. My insurance clearly stated I only owned $20 on my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and when they got reprocessed then my EBO said I own nothing. Yet even thought I already paid my copay and my EOB confirmed that copay... I got charge $230 ($115 twice) with, like I said, NO INVOICE. Want to emphasize that. They stated they resubmitted my claims but only sent me screenshots without my name attached so i'm not sure if those were for my claims. They also sent me documentation of for claim forms but the date was literally the date I ask for the forms... which was also strange. Asked for a copy of the forms with the correct dates but was not given them. My insurance company called them and asked for the proof of their resubmission to make sure they were on time to confirm its my insurance was at fault but they have not wanted to try and help by just sending them. It's a pretty simple task. Even I reach out to try and have them just share the proof to the insurance but for some reason they won't and they won't reassured me or confirmed that they have or are willing to do so. Just because insurance(s) have protocols even if it's their fault doesn't mean you should just throw it onto the patient without letting them know. Let's say they are right and that the insurance didnt process correctly. Then their contract with my insurance would still cover it still if they just sent proof and they can just reprocess it as normal. It shouldn't be out of my pocket. I'm still working with them together get this figured out. If not, i'll probably be filing a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board. I think this practice is fine in terms of actually medicine but they need serious help and understand of what is right for billing, balance billing, insurance, patient reach out etc.

They go to open the door of the room they rent in a home shared space, then LEAVE. They don't even know who is working that day or who should be in. They can't give you any single answer. Not even if the owner can get back to you for a refund. Owner is lacking as they didn't even give a proper response to my complaint I sent via email for the NO SHOW they clearly were at fault for. I waited there for 30+ minutes only to be let in by a DIFFERENT business massage therapist. I called the front desk staff who thought since I was let in that I should've clearly already been helped. They didn't even know who was supposed to be there to help us. Didn't apologize. Clearly didn't care about us being stood up as we drove all the way over here. Wasted my time, wasted my friends money for gifting us a "luxury couples massage" that is clearly just hosted in a home with no organization. Would save your money and sanity on rescheduling/refunds if I were you. When we were at first calling to reattempt to reschedule THEIR mistake, they made it nearly impossible saying all their staff wouldn't be available that day or that time. The funny thing is I got TEXTED an appointment reminder... did the staff not get notified they had a client? Hm.

I find it very impressive when a business owns their responsibilities and makes effort to improve. Thank you, Karen, for taking the time to address my concerns and right this situation. That's exactly what one wants in a professional office and my confidence in your services is much improved. Wow. Just, wow. I've been going to A WOMAN'S TIME for over a decade. I've been loyal to Dr. Dunlap (whom I adore); however, since Dr.Dunlap left the practice, the service has been abominable. Terrible. Rude. I just called because I received a bill. This was odd because I have called no less than 12 times since receiving this procedure and no one has ever mentioned a bill. That makes sense because before I left their office from this very same procedure, I paid in full as out of pocket. Granted, today is Labor Day, so my intention was to not work, but I wanted to follow-up on the miscommunication. I followed the prompts on the message and called the number provided for the office manager, Kim. I've known Kim for years. She knows me. During this call Kim literally yelled at me for calling her on a holiday. Ummmmmmm.... what? I explained that I was merely following the prompts and if they wanted to not receive calls on a holiday -- don't answer. She hung up on me. To Kim's credit she did call back crying about 15 minutes later, and apologized. Ok. I told her we could follow-up during the week. UPDATE: I am now in October and I returned Kim's voicemail. Immediately I was queried about emails and voicemails she'd sent to me. I explained that I missed one, got one, and that is why I was following-up now. When I asked why I'd received a bill after nearly a year has passed, I was told to speak to Dr.Hudson's sister the co-owner. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was greeted by a woman whom I'd never met and who immediately cut me off when I began to engage in questions about several issues that had gone severely wrong with their office. She was combative, acerbic, & rude. I can understand why Kim was crying. I would too if I had to work there. I explained that I could see this was going nowhere, I was hanging up, & I couldn't be more disappointed with their service. Something has gone drastically wrong over there. After choosing my insurance specifically so that I would be able to continue with Dr.Dunlap & that clinic, I will now never ever return nor suggest the clinic, even to frenemies. Instead I would encourage any woman in the NW to go up the street to Joya. They're SO MUCH MORE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH! I hope A Woman's Time figures out that patients are the core of their business and pleasant conversation, even about things like billing, needn't be so challenging. The impression I received was that I should consider myself lucky to be there at all & regardless of what my Dr. has told me, they will demand payment whenever they damned well please. Thanks for housing Dr.Dunlap for so long guys! Sorry your front desk staff is so scattered. You've completely messed up my medical billings and been jerks when I tried to figure out why and what exactly your reasoning was. I will never return as a patient. If you're considering them, I'd STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere.

She is always smiling, incredibly sweet, and somehow manages to make every visit feel reassuring (and she even laughs at my jokes, which is the most important part). Dr. Clevenger is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen. She explains things clearly, answers every question thoughtfully, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. It is rare to find a doctor who is not only this skilled but also this warm, personable, and genuinely kind. I feel very grateful to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone.

My practitioner at Kwan Yin Healing Arts was very good. Unfortunately, my experience with the…read morebilling office was extremely frustrating. They were disorganized, difficult to reach, and did not adequately address an insurance billing error. Because I paid my bill before receiving the EOB and identifying the error, the clinic retained funds they were not owed and did not follow through on correcting the issue with my insurance company. As a result, I am out approximately $100. I recommend carefully reviewing EOBs before paying and avoiding keeping a card on file. Due to how this billing issue was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning and am suspect of their business practices.

To say I'm beyond happy and grateful I did is an understatement. The moment I walked in I felt a calm and welcoming space. Brenda greeted me with exactly the same energy plus more. She briefly asked what brought me in and I shared very broad information, struggles with career and romantic future. She immediately started to feel and read my energy. She felt my overwhelming sense of being stuck and immediately wanted to help release that. When I laid on the table she put a bunch of crystals on and around me to begin her work. I closed my eyes as she began to speak and heal me. She let tears roll down my face as she continue to read and heal. Without telling her much of energy she read my soul, my struggles, my deepest crossroads and gave me a sort of direction without promising or telling me what to do. I walked out understanding I still have choices to make for myself but with way more clarity to do so. She provided me with a sense of strength to be able to move forward and listen to my true self. I wish I could see her every day and I know I will be back in times of need and clarity. I'm a firm believer in therapy but this is 10X stronger. Thank you!!
