Dr. Lisa's office is easy to find, just off the freeway, next to Wendy's in Chelsea. I met Dr. Lisa…read morea couple years ago, at the gym, but didn't know her professionally until now. The consult is for my hip and other related buggeries that doctors have just blown off but they are things that really affect my quality of life. After an initial consult and evaluation, I decided to commit to a treatment plan. I am very skeptical, but after the first treatment, I couldn't deny that I felt a little better (and a little worse at times, but more like body healing, sore muscles kind) Her treatments are gentle and everything is explained. If you are looking for relief, have a consult with Dr. Lisa. She may be able to help. Lovely office and staff. I am looking forward to this journey.

The phone was answered quickly and I talked to a real person. I was asked if I preferred a male or female doc. So important as so many women have been sexually violated and wouldn't feel comfortable exposing their body to a male. I was very impressed that Dr Bullach had accessed and read my electronic medical record and so was already familiar w my medical history. I arrived in the morning on a Sunday. There was no wait to get into an exam room and very short wait for the Doc.

I recently hurt my back pretty badly, to the point I could barely walk. My adult daughter came over…read morewhen she heard I hurt my back, and her immediate reaction after seeing how badly I was injured was that she was going to get me a walker. My back has been problematic off and on for years, but not like this time. I generally knew what I had done to cause the problem and pain (usually a pulled muscle from me making suboptimal choices about how much to lift, etc.). My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care, and I hadn't seen a chiropractor for 40 years. Still, I had hurt my back in the 1970s, and, after my doctors weren't able to help, I saw a chiropractor, who helped. When I hurt my back this time, I could immediately tell that it wasn't the normal pulled muscle. I made an appointment and was seen the same day that my back was hurt. After X-rays and a full evaluation, they determined that I had pinched a nerve pretty badly. They adjusted my back that afternoon (Wednesday) and again Friday morning. After the second adjustment, and a comprehensive massage by my massage therapist immediately after the alignment, I recovered to the point I could resume normal activities. In the past when I have pulled a muscle, etc., I haven't recovered nearly as quickly. Even though my insurance doesn't pay for it, I have decided to continue to have regular adjustments to my back from this point on. The ability to resume normal activities as quickly as I did was very impressive, and I believe that keeping my back from getting so far out of alignment in the future is money well spent.

My session today with Marco to evaluate and start working on my chronic hip pain was the best I…read morehave ever experienced in PT! I went to other PT practices before both for my hip and to watch PT on my parents, and today's level of care was exceptional. Marco described how hips are structured and 'should' work and then exactly what my hip is doing instead that makes it hurt so much. He explained each action's goal and impact to my hip, and why it will help. Nobody ever told me those things before. And he also made sure I could actually feel it, which helped further my understanding. I could not be happier and I look forward to my next appointments. The check-in process was very easy and efficient as was the checkout and scheduling of next appointments. My sister read a book in the lobby during my appointment and commented after we left that the staff was very nice to all the people waiting.
