This place is a beautiful newer facility located in the woods, and overlooking a pond. There are turkeys, deer, and other wildlife the residents can see from the comfort of their rooms. There is a family kitchen, a fireplace in the lobby, and good cooking. The rooms feature pull-out sofas, satellite tv, a large deck, large windows, showers, refrigerator, and microwave.

First off this home is super clean. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. In fact everyone was pleasant considering the circumstances. They even have a therapy cat and a therapy dog. It's a beautiful place, just so peaceful and they asked so many questions to make sure they understood what would make our mom comfortable. Kate called us at 3:00 am to tell us mom was declining rapidly, so we went over there immediately. We found Kate sitting next to our mom talking to her, making sure someone was with her until we got there. It was beautiful. I can't say enough wonderful things.

He told us everything he was doing and handled all the post mortem care. He gave us time to share what was important to us and followed through with our wishes. My elderly mother was in Hospice care with another group in this area. She needed a pacemaker…read morereplaced and after that was done, the Hospice group denied letting her return to Hospice. That's another story for a group that will get 1 star. Any way, we were given the name of Heart to Heart as a group that is more caring than the previous group and told we should contact them. All of Mom's children are out of state so it was imperative to us that we get help for Mom that is local and experienced. My sister talked to Karin at Heart to Heart and Karin started the process of getting Mom enrolled with them. Due to COVID it took a few extra weeks but Karin kept checking in with us to let us know where Heart to Heart was in the process of helping Mom/us. They reached out to all the places that had Mom's records and got those while we were waiting - very proactive. Finally they were able to come to Mom's home and talk with her. When their nurse came out to examine Mom, we were told by the nurse that Mom was terminal and had days/weeks to live. The contract with Heart to Heart wasn't signed and we were in a panic! Karin carried to contract over to Mom's home that day and got it signed by a family member. Mom was once again under Hospice care with a group that went out of their way to help her, and us. I cannot thank Heart to Heart enough for the peace of mind, support and care that they have given Mom. Amazing Karin, and amazing people at Heart to Heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husbands hospital bed was broken and he couldn't use it. We were in the middle of a snow and ice…read morestorm With at least 5 inches of snow. I called Carelinc yesterday late and asked if they could put us on the list when the roads are passable and not dangerous. The guys were here First thing this morning and fixEd the bed in about five minutes. They also shoveled the ramp and the sidewalk so that I could get my husband out in an emergency. And the roads were barely passable. When I saw the ramp I got tears in my eyes.... Thank you for the service.
