The worst florist I have ever had to deal with. Today was my 60th birthday, an aunt wanted to send…read moreme flowers, ordered them one day early, So the day of my birthday, I get a call from florist, rude as shit! Wanting to know if I was going to be home to accept them, BUT...their deliver is limited to ten thirty to noon and then resumes at 3:30 couldn't give me a more specific time just sometime between those hours, can't tell me morning or afternoon. When I told her no, I wouldn't be home at those times, she had the nerve to tell me to come get them. Delivery was paid for. At first, she though I should know where the florist is and had to interupt her to say the road name. I finally said no, I would not come pick them up (I have a broken foot) and will not be home at those times. I have dinner plans and it was already after 10 am and was about to leave. I asked can't you leave them at the door. No, can't do that. So i told her to call the person who ordered them and cancel the order due to you not being able to complete their transaction and delivery of a product they ordered. She did ask if she could deliver them on a different day. Like tomorrow or something, by this time, I was already texting who sent the flowers and said cancel them. They won't be able to deliver them! I told her I would be home today between 12:30 and maybe 4:10. No, apparently she would have to ask her employer if that was suitable for them! Can you believe these people! What kind of a service are you running, you really don't want business do you?? So you screwed yourself out of a Fifty dollor order, a surprise birthday present for a 60th birthday with a rude and inconsiderite employee. Don't advertise your business if you can't deliver! So now, you had to refund the money, the other store made you, you have a bad review on your business and and someone who will tell the world they should never order from you. Hopefully the keg is a better business to what you provide.

Sent me the paid invoice by text. Sent me a a photo of the arrangement by text and when they had trouble delivering because I gave them the wrong address they contacted me and we sorted it out. They never came on her birthday and she thought everyone had forgotten her birthday. Nice. So, we called more than once and got the standard apology. So, it's the next day and as of FOUR PM she STILL DOESN'T HAVE THE FLOWERS. She phoned to inquire about the status of delivery and was HUNG UP ON. I have phoned twice about status of delivery with the promise that they would phone back. of course they never did. I find it staggering that any business could survive with such poor customer service.

Without exaggeration, if this was a large size for $130 than the small for $80 would have fit in a cereal bowl. Within minutes the adult guests surrounded the table and began pulling out pieces of fruit, chocolate covered strawberries first. Seconds later I was MORTIFIED as they all quickly reached for napkins and spat out their mouthful!! The berries underneath were ROTTED. Most of the other pieces were soft, definitely not fresh and the 30 guests would attest to that. We have no wish to malign anyone, but BUYER BEWARE, we are victims of fraud. I will never use this Brantford store again.
