Update: Owner called me and said they are still working out the online reservation issues. Said if I came back they would get me right in. Turned around and walked in at 11:58am. Asked me if it was ok if they did a walk-in before me? Thought that was weird but said ok. Finally got in the barber chair and asked for a head shave and beard trim. Specifically asked to leave my handlebar mustache alone because if you trim it I lose the ability to style it how I like. Mustache was butchered and barber cut me with the single blade razor. A few walk-ins were coming in and it felt like he was rushing at the end when I got cut.

The work itself is solid, but the inconsistency around timing makes it hard to plan visits confidently.
