On 8/20, my water heater broke, causing a major leak and water damage in the unit. Instead of taking swift action to resolve the issue, the company gave me and my 4.5-year-old daughter a 30-day notice on 8/22, claiming the unit was now "uninhabitable"--but not because they fixed anything, simply because they refused to. They sent someone out with a shop vac and a few blowers--for 10 hours--then picked them up the next morning, leaving me to handle the water extraction on my own. I had to supply my own blowers and continue vacuuming water just to prevent further damage to my belongings. It wasn't until four days later that they brought in more fans and finally set up a dehumidifier. As of 8/25, the ceiling is still leaking, and I still do not have a working water heater. Their response? That the repairs would take too long, and it's easier for them to just make us move. To make matters worse, they promised to provide a storage pod to protect my belongings during this mess--but never delivered on that promise. I had to order my own pod, which was delivered within hours--proving that quick action is possible when someone actually cares. They've had four different vendors come out to give bids on the restoration work, but no repairs have been done--only excuses. At every step, they've shown a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and basic human decency. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we've endured.

County records were wrong.... we get it, but she wouldnt rectify her listing AFTER GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM THE COUNTY ITSELF OF THE MISTAKE, and got extremely defensive when I brought up the issue (as she had had a bunch of calls throughout the weekend over the same, according to her) She even said she had 15 offers and she wasnt going to fix it, but did she have 15 offers based on the real sq ft or on the INCORRECT information? That was a shocker to hear, she wouldnt go in detail, explain or anything, she just wanted to know if I was withdrawing or not. RUDE! Long story short, she hung up on me after she tried to make everybody else responsible BUT herself over the discrepancy on the listing, alluding that any reputable agent would take note of the mistake. So, is she not a reputable agent that went on to listing a property with a higher sq ft WHEN IT IS OBVIOUS TO BE SMALLER THAN WHAT THE RECORDS SAY? I asked her where did that statement put her at, and she hung up on me saying 'do whatever you want'. How is she still in business???, I wonder!!! Buyers and agents do have to do our own DD, but when we find discrepancies it is up to the listing agent to rectify and amend mistakes. At this point we all know the property is being sold for a HIGHER SF value at the price is listed for than what it needs to be, as it is 1100 sq ft SMALLER!!! No lender will let that fly AND SHE KNOWS IT. This property belonged to an elderly man who passed away and was a estate sale, maybe the sellers knew of the mistake, maybe they didnt, but I know Rosann KNEW BETTER. This is beyond unethical and will be reported. I am sure that not just these 2 previous reviews on here are the only people thinking the same way I do. The way she operates can not be casual, and MOST LIKELY A PATTERN. I recommend to check reviews on ALL agents on all sites, and with the real estate commission for any unethical complaints. *UPDATE NOW IM BEING THREATEN WITH A LAWYER OVER LEAVING A REVIEW ON REALTOR.COM .... I received a phone call back the following day and was instructed to email over my license and they would send me the lockbox code so I can go visit the property. I sent over a pic of my license on Friday at noon and called several times on Friday, Sat and Sun to follow up but received no answer. We drove two hours from NY to go see the property in Philly with no response. Received a response on Monday where Rosann indicated I should have returned their calls and sent in my license on a weekday as they are closed on the weekend. I have no missed calls from these people and timestamp on my email indicates my license was emailed at 12:36 pm on a Friday. This REO is a joke and a waste of time. Total scammers who enjoy wasting people's time. They probably already have their inside buyers lined up.

Alex worked with me to set up two days of appointments across about 7 apartments. He was patient, super responsive, arranging things behind the scenes like a mastermind. On the first day Dwight showed me three apartments, and gave me great tips on what to consider when looking for a new neighborhood to call home, and was super informative and helpful. On the second day I found the place that I'll be moving into next month! Rent Scene made the entire process incredibly manageable. I can't recommend them more highly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The hallways need to be cleaned now that it's getting warmer it smells like cats. Trash is always everywhere. Complex needs to be updated badly and not worth the rent some pay 825 and some pay 840 for the same crappy apartments. I wish I would have took my time when deciding to live here. I'm hoping I can get out my lease I should be able to just from the amount of noise that goes on here. You can here literally hear the main door opening with a sound bar. Just horrible apartments.
