This week marks the fifth week without a working air conditioner. Despite repeated promises and follow-ups, the repair still hasn't been done. The extreme heat has made living conditions very uncomfortable, and it's affecting my health and daily life. DJCRE should understand that this is not just about the AC company's reputation it's about their own. As the property manager, they are responsible for making sure essential repairs are handled in a timely manner. Ignoring this issue for five weeks reflects poorly on them, not just the technician.

Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. Capri was probably happier than we were; that's how invested she was in making it work. Thank you Capri and team. Because of this miracle, my wife and I are in a better place to have a family.

I don't post reviews often but for OCF I had to.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Caitlin to help with my daughter's move to Philly…read more Even though we ultimately found an apartment that wasn't one of her own listings, she had already gone well beyond the typical scope of the job -- for every place she showed us, she took the time to research the surrounding neighborhood so we could tell whether it was a safe, good fit for my daughter to live. Moving to a new city with no real local knowledge is stressful, and we only had a few secondhand suggestions from friends to go on. She filled that gap for every option she recommended, giving us honest, specific feedback about the different neighborhoods so we could make an informed decision instead of just guessing.
