Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. They gave us a beautifully organized binder at settlement with all the docs we will ever need along with notes about what to do when (e.g., if you don't get a mortgage bill by this date, follow up, etc). In addition, many of the documents required for closing were still not available on the closing date. It was impossible to get any response from them. I would have given them less than one star, but that option was not available. I'm strongly considering a lawsuit in addition to pursuing having their license revoked. If these people are your ONLY option, then you are better off with no one.
