I called to arrange for a drop off and was told they don't carry 15 yard containers and that the price quoted was the price a 10 yard which was now 450 due to a price change despite it being only a week since the initial quote and confirmation. I don't think I will be doing business with them.

The quote was very competitive to what I received from 2 other vendors and wanted to give him the opportunity as he replied first. Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor!
