After explaining what kind of job I needed and requesting an estimate, he asked for a few pictures of the job. We set a date for the following week, but after reviewing pictures, he called back and said he could come by that same day after completing another job nearby. From first call to job completion in a matter of a few hours. Same day service !!! He was prompt, hard working, professional, friendly and estimate/rate was very reasonable. Other businesses could learn from Collin and his honest, hard work ethic. Thanks Collin for a great job !!! Nothing but the highest praise for Collin and his great work.

Amazing experience! They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend!!read more

WARNING: Avoid Frankly Clean - Unprofessional and Dishonest…read more Just a heads-up to anyone considering hiring Frankly Clean for landscaping services. We hired them to mow our front and back yard, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only was the work rushed and poorly done, but they also never completed the job. The quality was absolutely horrible - uneven mowing, patches missed, and no cleanup. To make matters worse, they pressured my partner to pay immediately, even though he wasn't present to inspect the work and knew it wasn't finished. They took advantage of the situation and collected payment for a job that was clearly incomplete and pre-charged me for the next cut (which was not agreed upon & my partner was not aware). We've reached out multiple times and received no effort to correct the issue. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same mistake. Don't waste your money or your time - look elsewhere for reliable landscaping help. Pictures provided. Full transparency note: they did mention getting stung by bees, which is the business of landscaping in the summer. I would completely understand not finishing due to that but to charge for a full service with the job incomplete and charge for a future service is unacceptable.

Got our job pushed back 3 times by the business. When we cancelled the contract and asked for our…read moredeposit back we were told materials were purchased and we wouldn't get the entire amount back because they might not be able to return them. All the materials were picked and purchased by the business, they weren't custom in anyway. It's not my problem that you might have exceeded the time to return them, you pushed the job twice in favor of other jobs that ran long, then blamed covid for the 3rd push back. Covid or not, it shouldn't have took 3 tries to get this job done. We lost 3 weeks of vacation time taking off to be home for the project. He then tried to offload the materials on us saying he would deliver them to our home. I'm not a contractor, I don't want the materials. I want my money for a job not done. Then we had to threaten legal action to get our money back because the business became extremely slow to not responsive for a week at a time. Mysteriously the 1st check was lost in the mail, still to this day hasn't made it to us so it makes me think it wasn't mailed. Called the BBB and PA attorney general's office after that. When we demanded tracking on a replacement check and again threatened legal action, that one magically made it to us. When we signed the contract we had days to give the deposit, yet it took him months to get us our money back. Buyer beware.
