2nd time I've used JD's. First time was perfect. This time not so good. I had a 30 cu yd…read moredumpster delivered on Monday. Requested deliver sometime around 8:30 AM. They arrived by 7:30AM. The driver was excellent getting it put where I needed it. I called on Thursday to schedule pickup. I explained that the house had been sold and would be settled on Monday so the dumpster had to be removed first thing Monday morning. Was told no problem - scheduled for first thing. As of 4:30PM the dumpster is still sitting in the new owners driveway. They have contacted my realtor upset that it was still there after I assured them JD's said they would pickup first thing on Monday. I called and left messages, I emailed them - and yet @ 4:30 dumpster still there. Hope the new owner of the house doesn't charge them storage/parking fees for allowing the dumpster to sit. Hope JD's doesnt try to charge me any additional fees for use of the dumpster or anything else. Had the first time I used JD's about 4 yrs ago not gone perfect this review would have been a one star.

I thought of getting a wood chipper, a handyman, or someone who would get this pile of tree stuff off my lawn. So, someone suggested a "junk removal" company. I looked on Google and Yelp, and after calling several (remember, it's Sunday night), I liked the reviews for JP Junk Removal, and I called. His phone message said to text him a photo of what needs to be removed, with the address, and I did. SEVEN MINUTES LATER on a Sunday night, I got a text back about his availability! INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..! In fifteen minutes, he was done, paid, and I was a happy guy when I looked at my lawn and -- no pile of tree limbs and leaves! So, I said I would do a good review for him, and here it is. Highly recommended, and I called a friend who also has a pile of trees on his lawn and gave him JP Junk's number.
