On more than one occasion the equipment wasn't working properly (pre-soak not spraying, no soap in…read morethe high pressure wash cycle, spot free rinse not working). When there is staff there, they are less than apologetic or willing to remedy the situation. On a recent occasion, there was construction debris in one of the bays and a large nail went through my shoe and into my foot. I called to make them aware and to let them know the spot free rinse wasn't working and received NOTHING from a customer service perspective. Not an apology, an offer to remove the charge, a discounted or free wash, an "I'm sorry that happened, are you ok?". NOTHING except a "you enter at your own risk" response and "construction vehicles go through there all the time". So, if you value your car tires, how your car looks, and don't want nails in your feet, I would recommend going elsewhere.
