It started with his sensitivity to my schedule and coming when it worked best for me, because time is money and he did not take up any of my time. When I got home from work I suspected that my carpets would be a little damp or even wet. However, they were perfectly dry and so fluffy. I honestly just laid on my floor for a good 15 minutes when I got home. All the stains were gone and it smelled amazing. I can only imagine how long my carpets will last with Oxi Fresh cleaning them. The most amazing thing Oxi Fresh did for me was clean my solid oak hard wood floors. I purchased and installed these floors myself about 3 years ago, as you can imagine I have a particular sensitivity to them not getting damaged and staying clean. I cleaned them regularly but I always noticed that even when I would wipe up spilled water the paper towel would be very dirty, obviously I am not a floor cleaner. With a little reservation I had Jake clean my hardwood floor and the results were amazing. It looked as shiny and clean as they did when first installed. I also had this sticky glue stuff on the floor from the pads on the bottom of my chairs and that was all gone (I have scrubbed and scrubbed on that stuff to get it out with no success). There was absolutely no damage done to my floors, they were just clean. I would recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to anyone. Jake and his employees are well dressed respectable people. I was not worried at all to have them in my home while my wife and I were out.

Nate was very friendly and excellent in ensuring we were happy with the results. We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.

I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. things I was quoted on when first calling that weren't done: never touched the cupboards, just wiped down the 6ft of counter, did little if any wiping down of walls, windows were washed after they requested we take the screens off to save time, a neighbor came back, washed down the trim and sills and vacuumed the curtains before putting screens back on, ceiling fans weren't touched, mopboards weren't done, there are still BIG cobwebs in the corners by the table, they refused to do the walk in tub because of mold. It was actually bad soap scum and the neighbor cleaned it for them ( took 1/2 hr) shower rod was thick with dust and cobwebs, sink wasn't cleaned and I doubt if they did the toilet. I don't think they moved a thing, just dusted around it. When I said I would never hire them again, they said they would reduce the price. I agreed with $250, down from the $450 quote. when it was settled they contacted me and asked to change my review, which is why they have high reviews
