I have had them service/work on, a Camaro, Camary, Explorer, Ram and Tacoma. I had taken my Tacoma to a popular tire place in Iowa City to have an alignment and tires mounted as I have a 3" lift on my truck, and they were willing to do it.(Archies could not due to the lift) Huge mistake! I left there with a light of low tire coming on. Took it back and they told me I needed a whole new computer panel(?)- the thing under the dash where they find what is wrong. I took it to Archies..false! I did NOT need a new item; they had loosened the wire in the back of that piece and all it needed was to be plugged back in! I recently bought a vehicle with almost…read more100,000 miles on it that I got a great deal on, but it unfortunately came with a whole plethora of problems. After just two visits to Just Automotive, my car is honestly running like a brand new vehicle again. Their communication is truly next level. Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They truly are good, honest small-town people with the technology and professionalism of a big dealership. It is the best of both worlds. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop that stands behind their work and genuinely cares about their customers, I would recommend Just Automotive without hesitation.
