My father, a lifelong pastor, was extremely busy and didn't get a chance to use the gift card until recently after his retirement. The gift card has no expiration date and, per Pennsylvania law, should be valid for five years. However, when my father called Mr. Bailey to schedule the service, he was told the gift card would not be honored. Worse, Mr. Bailey became belligerent and even cursed at him! This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Refusing to honor a paid gift card and treating a customer so poorly is unethical and feels like theft. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree.
