My 2009 Prius needed repair. I've always had great service from Nick's Auto Body Shop. This is the first I've been there since they started just doing collision work. They had other prescheduled work that had to be done, before they could get to mine. That's to be expected. But I had a rental car meanwhile. Not only did they repair everything to perfection, they detailed the inside. It looks like new! I don't know about these negative comments by others. I have always gotten great service here! If I could give a negative score; I most definitely would. They have had my vehicle on 3 occasions (shame on me for that; will not happen again), and EVERY time it has been returned messed up. The first time; they broke an interior piece, got grease and blue paint (which I have nothing blue on my vehicle) on my headliner, left overspray on my windows, and didn't repaint all the damage. This is not to mention the piece of my luggage rack that flew off (I tried, and can't even get the other side to budge; so no idea how they managed that one), and the fact that my hands free hasn't worked right since. The second time; we had a noise in the front end when we got it back. Their assessment was that the dust shield was bent against the rotor, and they bent it away. The vehicle was there because the wheel got shoved into the suspension in an accident; don't you think you might have fixed ALL the bent pieces before returning the vehicle?!? This time; they painted over either crappy body work or damage that should have been fixed, didn't fade/blend the new paint into the unrepainted areas (so you can clearly see a difference where the repairs where made), and my headlights point at different levels!! With the headlights; they say that they see a headlight error on the dash, but can't figure out why. Really?!?! Anyway; their solution is to order another set of headlights. This will be the THIRD set of headlights for this ONE repair; maybe the headlights aren't the problem?!? Steer clear of this place. read more

And not only that, they painted my car THE WRONG COLOR. now they're refusing to correct the issue with THE RIGHT PAINT. had to file a complaint with the attorney general. Let me start this off by saying the secretary (Melissa) and general manager (Shane) are very nice people. So, I needed two doors and a panel replaced on the driver's side. They told me it would be 2 weeks. On the day I was supposed to pick it up they said they would need it for a few more days to finish up painting it and to get it clean. That was alright, I wanted my car done correctly and not rushed. When I pick it up, there are 3 lights on. The engine light, tire pressure sensor, and door ajar. While I am waiting, they take it back and fix the door. They tell me the tire light will go off (which it did). They tell me to come back for the check engine light. The next day I go back for the check engine light and they tell me it's an oxygen sensor and if it comes back on to bring it to a mechanic. The light came back on the same day. Expense #1- Fix the check engine light. The next day, finally driving in the daylight, I notice the amount of dust in my car. It is in every crack and crevasse, and deep in my carpeting. I open the hood and what was once kept shiny black is now filthy brown. I have cleaned it twice in addition to their "cleaning" and I am still disgusted. Expense #2- Full interior detail. I also noticed some fresh new scratches to my driver's side rear rim. I do admit there was one scratch on it previously, but now there is a nice new one, spanning across at least 3 spokes. Expense #3- New rim. Now, while driving down the road I get to hear the nice loud sound of wind coming through my door while holding a crooked steering wheel. Both problems that were not there to begin with. Expense #4- Wheel alignment. Expense #5- Fix the sound proofing in the door. For 20 days Nick's Auto Body had my car and caused more harm to it than good. read more

This body shop went WAY above my expectations!! All damage was repaired to factory new condition. Extreme attention to detail!!

This is the worst shop I have ever been at. When I first arrived one of the employees came flying in in someone else's car beating it, then hooped out and tried getting in my truck before I was even in the building. When I said something to him he just looked at me and walked in. Then after what they said would take a week took four, three months later the paint started bubbling. Would not return my phone calls so I took it out there now eight months later still refuse to fix it. He actually told me to f*** off. Took it to another shop just to verify it was a poor prep job they said. Not to mention when I got it back there was 150 miles on my truck. read more
