As of now, I'm nearly 8 months pregnant, and cannot write a positive enough review for Dr. Cap that would actually accurately reflect how excellent he is. It's our first pregnancy, and I began the pregnancy so anxiously and worried. We found Dr. Cap randomly on the internet since we were new to the area, and thought we'd give him a try. After our first 8-week visit, we knew he was the doc for us. He is relaxed, personable, and never in a hurry. Which is why I can't understand why I NEVER wait for an appointment - I have had one appointment where I was there for about 15 minutes,which I don't consider a real wait. Every other visit, we've been taken right in. We love his laid back attitude, and his perspective on pregnancy and birth is empowering and made me feel confident that I had the tools and knowledge to do this all myself - he is there to just ensure we're both healthy throughout. I feel he takes the conservative, more natural approach before the aggressive, which we appreciate. He does leave several decisions up to the patient without too much personal opinion, which my husband and I like, as well. It is, after all, your baby and your body. But, he is happy to provide whatever information he has to help you make the best decision for you. His staff is also wonderful, and it is a small, family practice. I don't even really "check in" to my appointments - just walk right in, as they know me so well. Before I was pregnant, going to the doctor so frequently was something I really dreaded about the thought of pregnancy. However, having Dr. Cap as our doctor completely changed that - I look forward to every visit. And, I believe I am more confident and relaxed about labor and delivery because of our Dr. choice. read more

We were very very happy to have Dr Cap for the birth of our second child. I had a csection with my first, and really wanted to try for a VBAC this time. Dr Cap was so supportive and he went over all the possible options with us. If for some reason, you need to have a c-section with him you can be 100% confident that it was absolutely needed. He said we will have a beautiful birth, and so we did. Dr cap does the most gentle C-section, he uses a clear drape so we could see the birth of our baby, I had immediate bonding and skin to skin contact, he also took extra time to remove my old scar, I felt absolutely no pain at all and my recovery was so quick. My birth experience was as closed as I could have imagine of having a natural delivery. I want to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Cap for being truly committed to his practice and his patients, for listening our thoughts and feelings and for taking such an excellent care of my baby and I. Dr. Cap is like a superhero in scrubs! I don't know how I would have made it through the rest of my pregnancy and birth without his support, compassion and understanding as well as his expert surgical skills. I began my first pregnancy with another OB that turned out to be a nightmare when we found out my baby was going to be born with a congenital heart defect. Dr. Cap took me in my third trimester and it was the best thing I did my entire pregnancy. He supported my ideal birth plan for a natural non medicated hypnobirth under hospital supervision(due to the baby's defect). And when I didn't get to have my natural birth because of complications beyond my control he stepped in and made me feel secure in the decision to have my baby c-section. I don't know what I can add that hasn't already been said, but Dr. Cap is the absolute best. I had a very late detection, completely unplanned and unexpected, pregnancy and I was basically paralyzed with fear. I knew I needed to see a doctor ASAP and I went to the internet to research. Dr. Cap was the only doctor that I found with consistently amazing reviews, in fact I couldn't find a single negative one, and I decided he was the one I needed to see. I called the office on a Monday and even though they're closed on Mondays, Angie-his wife who is also awesome, called me back within a few hours and got me in for an appointment on the Wednesday of that week. When he came into the room for my first appointment I burst into tears. Dr. Cap was kind and listened to my whole story, and while he could have passed a million judgements, because my story sounded pretty similar to the "I didn't know I was pregnant" reality tv show, he didn't. In fact I remember saying "I'm probably the craziest person you've ever met" and without skipping a beat he said "no, maybe just the craziest person today" and I laughed for the first time in days. Immediately after my appointment I was set up with blood tests and an in-depth sonogram at a different office to make sure that everything was looking okay. When the results came back, Anna the midwife called me right away and gave me all the info that I was anxious to get even though I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later. From then on I truly looked forward to my appointments. Whether I saw Dr. Cap or Anna I always felt well taken care of and it was always quick. The longest I ever waited was MAYBE 15 minutes. Typically though I'd show up 10 minutes early and sometimes would be done 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. A few short months later I was 2 days overdue and Dr. Cap and I talked options. As everyone else has said, he gives you your options so you can make an informed decision, but then the choice is ultimately yours. I decided that if the baby hadn't come by the weekend I'd opt for induction. The process started Saturday night and Dr. Cap delivered my beautiful baby girl just before noon on Sunday. Even during delivery he was making me laugh and was a great presence to have in the room. I never worried about what he was doing or how the birth was going to go. This is probably the longest winded way to say, Dr. Cap is awesome and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE. To be honest I got sad the other day realizing that I would have my 6 week post delivery check up and then I wouldn't have a reason to go in on a regular basis anymore. And before this experience there was nothing I hated more than going to see a doctor. Also, he's hilarious. And tells it like it is. As I said, Angie who runs the front of the office is amazing. She's so friendly and always chats with you while you're waiting for your appointment. All the women who work in the office are also super great and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Cap for your next baby delivery! 6 weeks ago he helped me deliver twins and it was a very positive experience. I looked high and low for a doctor for this birth. We had a great experience delivering at the birth center at UCSD with our first child, but with twins we were not allowed to deliver there again. So I switched to a PPO so that I could find just the right environment and doctor to deliver these babies. One thing that was very important to me was to have a natural delivery and to to know the doctor doing the delivery. Dr. Cap reassured me that he delivers all of his babies and that we would get to know each other so well that if he had to tell me something I didn't want to hear, that I would trust him. And he was right. Unfortunately my babies were breech and then transverse. I was terribly upset, cried a river when he said we'd have to do a c-section. But he told me we would still have a beautiful birth. And once again, he was right! I was nervous about the surgery, but knowing he was there made me feel so much more relaxed. I really did trust him after all of our time together and everything went so smoothly. Before I knew it I had two babies nestled in my arms, snoozing away peacefully. Dr. Capetenakis is a wonderful OBGYN who will listen to your thoughts, needs, concerns and will provide you with the type of support unheard of from many OBGYNs or other doctors. He's delivered two of my babies now. The first I tried to go natural but ended up needing an epidural (which is totally OK! Get one if you need to) and I did t have a doula to properly guide me through labor. However, Dr. Cap helped us get our baby out and helped direct me, even though my body was numbed from the epidural. He also managed to get me through with a tiny bit of tearing. With my second baby born May 31, 2018, I got a doula, Debbe Cannone and she, along with Dr. Cap and my husband, helped make for a wonderful, natural birth. No tearing, no epidural, and I went from 4 to complete in under an hour. I'll make it short and sweet! After two previous births that left me wanting at the Naval hospital, I decided to go out with more specialized care for my third. I was wanting a VBAC and heard rave reviews about Dr, Cap and VBACs. The care was superb, specialized and loving. My kids were even loved when they attended with me! After two days of laboring at home it was time to go in... I sadly didn't get to VBAC because my son felt the need to get his cord wrapped and not want to exit, but Dr. Cap left me feeling as if I did finally get my natural birth. I was also racing a deployment and almost 43 weeks once he was born, but Dr. Cap kept me calm and reassured. Post baby and midway through deployment I came in for a Mirena, my son wouldn't stand for being put down, so like a boss he did it while I was nursing my son! Quick and easy haha! I met Dr Cap when he was on call and assigned to me during my labor. I was (obviously) in a lot of pain, and Dr Cap and the nurses were so comforting and reassuring that I could do it. Dr Cap worked with me, my husband, and our doula to allow me to find helpful positions. In addition, he was so skilled at helping me figure out how to best push by using both physical and verbal cues. To our surprise, our baby boy was very large (10.4 pounds), but Dr Cap's amazing talents helped me deliver him vaginally without medication and with minimal issues. Dr. Cap is such a badass! Honestly our family is forever grateful to him and his expertise. After pushing for about 3 hours my midwife called in this man and let me tell you he dove right in and opened me up so I could birth my baby without forceps or a vacuum. From the moment he walked in the room he was in complete control and straight up told me I would have a baby on my chest in 3 pushes. I believed him and had my beautiful son in less than 30 minutes. I had a VBA2C with Dr. Cap. After 2 cesareans I had lost a lot of faith not only in myself but in the medical community. We knew this was my last chance to have a vaginal birth so we shopped around a lot for the right doctor, one who believed in natural birth, believed that a woman was built to have babies, and was slow to do unnecessary interventions. I did not think such a doctor existed until we found Dr Cap. From the first appointment he blew us away, mainly because he did not do any fear mongering about the risks of a VBA2C. There are risks. I know that. Dr Cap knows that too. He didn't waste time trying to manage my expectations or let me down gently. He didn't treat me like a statistic or a special case. He looked at this pregnancy as it's own event and not part 3 of my terrible birth experiences. And he maintained that attitude through my entire pregnancy. He was confident that it was possible for me to vbac, and it gave me confidence. Then I got plugged into the Cap Wellness Center (which will get it's own review for being the best thing ever) and I got acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments and took classes and released my fears... And this was the happiest and most enjoyable pregnancy I've ever had. None of that would have been possible if I didn't believe Dr Cap was in my corner. And then my water broke suddenly one morning when I was 39 weeks. And surges started but they were slow. And they didn't pick up for several hours. And I became afraid, afraid that Dr cap would tell me I had to come into the hospital early, that I needed to be monitored, that I needed to be hooked up to machines and needles and... And... And... Instead he called me, asked about my progress and said cool, I'll call you again in the morning. I can't express what that did for me. As a doctor he must've had a timeline in his head... If labor isn't at a certain point by this time etc etc. He's a responsible doctor, I know he was thinking those sorts of things. But he didn't pass any of that on to me, a nervous woman in labor. He effectively got out of my way and let my body do it's thing. And labor advanced during the night, I came into the hospital fully dilated and pushed for 25 minutes. And a baby came out of my vagina. A nine pound baby. So suck it everyone who said I couldn't do it because the baby would be too big. Dr Cap wasn't afraid, didn't worry me about things like that, and as a result I had an amazing VBA2C. We are military and will likely be moving next summer. But we've decided we want to have all of our babies with Dr Cap. I'll move back here for the last month of pregnancy just to be with a doctor who trusts my body, respects (really respects, not just says he respects then and then changes his mind at the last minute) my wishes and trusts the natural process of birth. Dr. Cap saved my life!!! I was a surrogate pregnant with twins. I was scared that I might have to have a c-section. He told me that he likes to do vaginal births and c-sections when he has to. He wanted the best for me and the babies. What I liked was the way he made me feel. Being a surrogate for the first time I thought the attention was going to be in the babies only but he made sure that I was getting taken care of. When we went in for the delivery it was the Monday before thanksgiving and he told me that I should be home by Wednesday. Well things didn't go so smooth. Baby A came out great. Right after baby A came out baby B's heart rate dropped and I had to get her out fast. He was calm thru out the whole delivery. He told me that I needed to push her out as fast as I could because she was in danger. So I did. She came out not breathing but when the fave her oxygen she was fine. After the after birth I started to hemorrhage. Dr. Cap remained calm and was talking us thru what was happening. I had complete confidence in what he was doing. I lost a lot of blood and had to get 2 shoots to help stop the bleeding and a DNC and a blood transfusion. He was there with me in the OR as well as the room where I was being treated. I remember him telling me over and over again that I was going to be ok. I must have has 5-6 people in the room working on me. I was throwing up and my body wouldn't stop shaking. He came to see me the next morning and was happy to me. He made me feel cared and important. I stayed in the labor and delivery floor for a total of 3 days and then was moved to postpartum on the 4th day which was now thanksgiving. He came over to see me on thanksgiving to see how I was doing. He could have easily has the doctor on call come in and check on me but he didn't. We left later that day and I felt so blessed to have been under his care. I will have him again if I choose to do this again. He is such an amazing Doctor. I trust him with my life. read more

Of course as a first time mom, I wanted my first pregnancy/child birth to go the exact way I felt it should go...little did I know that my *plan* would take a 180 degree turn one week before my due date, and Dr. Cap was there to save the day. Here is my story... Before I got pregnant, I knew that I would always want to try and deliver my baby as naturally as possible. So as soon as I found out I was pregnant with my first, I started doing as much researching and learning as I could fit into the next 9 months. I hired a doula before I even knew the sex of my baby and that was the best thing I could've done. Maggie was a huge support for me and my husband, and she was the one who introduced me to Dr. Cap. My whole pregnancy went pretty smoothly, except at one point when my placenta was quite low and my OB Dr McNally (put me on restrictive activity for 2 months. After I got the clear that my placenta had moved up, I knew that I didn't want to deliver my baby in a hospital. So I transferred to a birth center, where I could try and have my baby via water birth. That was my ultimate plan, because you know, we have control over this whole situation:) All my check-ups went swimmingly, and every single midwife assured me my daughter was in the right position, head down, bottom up. I was even more ready and excited to have my daughter join us in this world, as naturally, med free as possible. Then everything changed at my last appt, 9 days before my due date. The midwife that saw us during our appt felt my belly like usual, but this time she wanted to do an ultrasound, just to be *sure* my baby was in the right position...After she suggested this, I felt that something was *off*. During the US, we discovered that Lucia, was sitting straight up, with her cute little head wedged into my ribs, and her cute little tush all the way down by my pelvis. Her feet were also up by her face, but we didn't know this at the time. So the midwife suggested we look into an external version to try and manually flip our baby, but that came with some risks we weren't willing to take. I did however, end up going to see a chiropractor, in the hopes that we could turn her by opening up my pelvis a bit more...The Webster Technique. After a few visits to the chiropractor, I made the decision to make an appt with Dr. Cap, because I needed a new OB as the birth center did not perform cesarean birth's. Like I said, my doula Maggie referred me to Dr. Cap, because she had delivered her 3rd baby, VBAC, with Dr. Cap and couldn't say enough great things about him. During my appt, they took my blood pressure and it had spiked quite high. When I spoke with Dr. Cap finally, I told him my concerns and asked if we might be able to hold off on the c-section until my body started natural labor...he informed me that could be potentially dangerous, as we would not want the umbilical cord or placenta to exit my body at all, before I had the surgery...so I asked what he recommended and he said as soon as possible...the next morning if I was OK with that. I hesitated, but knew that essentially Dr. Cap had me and my baby in his best interest, so we scheduled the c-section for the next afternoon (2 days before my due date). I was terrified that everything was happening so fast, but Dr. Cap kept me at ease, and assured me everything would be just fine. The next day at the hospital, I felt at peace with the decision, and I knew that we were in very, very good hand's. I was actually in the early stages of labor, as I was having contractions while hooked up to the monitor in the waiting room before the surgery...Little did I know, but my daughter probably would've arrived that day, even with our the scheduled surgery. The cesarean went off without a hitch, even if it did take a bit longer than normal to pull my stubborn girl out, but she arrived healthy and beautiful! Every day after that that we were in the hospital, Dr. Cap came to visit us and make sure everything was healing right and that I was feeling fine. He really felt like part of our family at that point, and I feel so blessed that he was the one to bring our baby into this world and keep me safe and sound as well. I also know that when we decide to have our second, we will absolutely have Dr. Cap as our doctor, and I will absolutely be trying for a VBAC. I trust that he will help guide me on this path and ensure that we're all safe and sound above anything else. Some people don't believe in superheros, but they haven't met my doctor. Best OB ever!!!!! I struggle finding words to describe my experience with Dr. Cap and his team. He made the birth of our 3rd child and daughter the most magical experience and I am so thankful for him. After having a more or less terrible experience with the birth of our 2nd child - ( he was breeched and I had to have a csection) I knew I did not want to go down that path again. We learned our little lady was breeched as well and when I realized I was about to go through the same sterile and medical procedure I met Dr. Cap, Dr, Jay, Care and his team. From the moment I stepped foot into their office I felt cared for. Each and everyone of them treated me as a friend. My heart knew I was in the right place and with the right people. I transferred care from the OB I was with throughout my pregnancy to Dr. Cap at 36 weeks. At first I was scared, afraid, and worried about making a decision so last minute but soon realized it was the best decision I could have ever made. Dr. Cap allowed me to make decisions and put my daughters 'birthday' back in my hands. He gave me his medical opinions and always asked me , 'what do you want to do?' He sat with me in the office and answered every single question I had without ever making me feel like he had something else to do. His wife Angie, truly an angel, also always called me back anytime I left a message and always worked with my schedule to get me in at the times that worked for our family. Once we realized our little lady was breeched and we got later into our pregnancy we decided we would do a csection.The last time I went through this surgery I remember my arms being strapped to the table, the doctors talking about what happened over the weekend and not being able to hold my son when he was born.' But Dr. Cap gave me the most magical birthday for our daughter. He and his team were so warm and comforting. The nurses and staff at Scripps hospital could not have been more perfect. I had zero fear during the birth of our daughter. He also has his own practice which means he delivers his own babies. No other doctor will pop in. During the procedure there was the music of my choice was playing in the OR. Dr. Cap asked me if I wanted to know all the steps and I said yes so he explained it all to me as it was happening. It was like a dream. And within minutes he brought my daughter into this world. My arms were free so I got to hold her. And soon after she was on my chest in the OR nursing while he was stitching me up! I could not have dreamed up a better experience. I was up walking in the hospital 4 hours after my surgery and never felt better. I had no post partum depression and I feel so good and I 100% credit Dr. Cap and his approach to birthing for my experience. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Cap. read more

I usually hate doctors, but I actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Cap. It is a small office, and very family oriented. It's not modern looking, but the care is exceptional. I've only had to wait once on my visits; every other visit I have been seen directly upon walking in the door. Dr. Cap is positive, friendly, and most importantly views pregnancy as a normal, natural event; not a medical process. I highly recommend him to anyone in San Diego county. I gave birth to my baby via natural delivery with Dr. Capp at Scripps Encinitas and had a wonderful experience! There was no fighting tooth and nail for what I wanted. I was skeptical at first both because the natural birth community really seems to believe that OBs will never really be supportive of natural birth, and because I had not had a male doctor since my pediatrician when I was a kid, but he really put me at ease. His wife is the receptionist and she is very warm also. I wish I had such a nice experience with my regular doctor! Two things to note about Dr. Capp: 1. He will explain the options to you and then ask you what you want to do. This was exactly what I was looking for, but some people might prefer for their doctor to tell them what to do. 2. He practices by himself. This is awesome because you know he will be the one delivering your baby, but it also means that if a baby is being born during your prenatal appt, you will have to get rescheduled. This is a doctor that respects the woman, her body, the pregnancy and an advocate of natural child birth. I went to see Dr. Cap at the recommendation of one of my best friends. She's usually the skeptic so when she mentioned him to me, I had to see for myself. She was right. Dr. Cap is an advocate of keeping everything as natural as possible and let's you take charge of your pregnancy. He never pressures you on any decision but more than anything wants you to have a clear understanding on all the tests and procedures. My first born was preterm and I wanted to make sure I can carry the next one to term as close as possible. He watched my pregnancy closely and I had more doctor visits more than usually but I didn't mind since every visit put my mind at ease. Dr. Cap made good on his word and got my baby girl to full term. She arrived one pound heavier than the first and labor and delivery was perfect. His wife, Angie, works at the front desk and she's prefect for the office. She is perky, sweet and on top of everything. She has a great smile and lovely personality. After a horrible c-section with my first daughter I knew I needed a different route with #2. Dr. Cap came very highly recommended from friends in the natural birthing community. We were not disappointed! Dr. Cap genuinely cares about his patients and spends quality time with them too. We knew right away that we were in the best hands possible. Although I went in preparing for a VBAC, I did have another c-section (birth story on his website) however this one was quite different all because of Dr. Cap. I could not imagine having a baby with anyone other than Dr. Cap. He is the most personable, caring and wonderful doctor! I feel blessed to have gotten to know him and his lovely staff. Wonderful doctor! My doula recommended Dr Cap after I had difficulty with UCSD midwives office nonsense, misinformation, stress test pushing and switched GBS test results (!) - I was not feeling comfortable or confident with them. I switched to him late in my pregnancy, with a transverse baby and plans for a natural birth and I could not be happier that I did! He was wonderful and provided me with the peace of mind I needed to focus on my baby and her delivery. My husband and I were both very pleased with Dr Cap! We had the birth experience we had been hoping for! As others have said, the office is wonderful as well! One of the first times I visited, his wife Angie, who is at the front desk, was wearing their infant son while working the desk - I immediately knew I was with the right doc. :) Angie and the nurse are both wonderfully supportive. Dr. Cap is amazing. I have recommended him to every woman I know of childbearing age. Cannot recommend him more highly. His bedside manner is warm and unhurried, and you always feel like he is listening and thoroughly answering all of your questions. The midwife that works with him, Anna is also wonderful and every visit we had there was positive regardless of who we saw. Not sure how they manage it, but Dr. Cap or Anna also personally returned my phone calls with questions throughout the pregnancy which was really appreciated. The office staff (Angie - Dr. Cap's wife, Jess, and Jamie) is friendly and you feel very well cared for by everyone who works there. Dr. Cap/Anna are extremely supportive of natural labor and delivery and even though we ended up with a c-section, we felt empowered throughout the pregnancy that we would be able to accomplish this goal with Dr. Cap's and Anna's full backing. However, they both made the c-section as positive as an experience as it could be and our little guy was born on 9/24! My husband and I really love this whole crew, am absolutely planning on sticking with them for baby #2! read more

Dr. Cap helped bring both of my babies into the world and he is truly an amazing doctor. He is kind and patient, but above all he is an expert in his field and my husband and I had complete trust in him throughout both of my pregnancies. There were times during both pregnancies when he had some concerns, yet I was able to deliver both my son and daughter naturally. I believe without some of his gentle natural interventions with my son things may not have gone so smoothly or worse..He guided us through some difficult decisions and we were so grateful for his genuine concern for the health of my family. During my second pregnancy my 2 year old daughter would come with me to the appointments and he spent a little extra time with us asking about her health and well being. As a mother, I can't express how important that was to me to know that he really cared about each child that he brought into the world. His wife Angie runs the office and she is wonderful! I would spend way too much time after my appointment asking for tips on how to balance the terrible two's and multiple children. They are both down to earth and family oriented and the office atmosphere is completely professional. I never had long waits at his new practice and I really enjoyed my appointments. He was always prompt and on time, answered my crazy questions and was there when I needed him. Above all, I am grateful that Dr. Cap knew when to approach the pregnancy conservatively and when to let my body take over. During delivery he guided me through multiple positions to help me deliver the babies safely and quickly. I only needed one stitch with my daughter and did not tear at all with my son. He will work hard to honor your wishes throughout your pregnancy, yet you can count on him to heed any warning signs that may indicate that some medical intervention may be necessary. I was well read on natural birth and was stubborn at first with my expectations, however ultimately I needed the expertise of Dr. Cap to make sure that my babies were healthy and safe. read more

Another 5 stars for Dr. Cap and team! I saw him throughout my entire pregnancy, which was easy and routine. He takes his time answering any questions and concerns, and encourages the natural way for women to birth (instead of tests, interventions, etc) - which was huge for me. Then came delivery... I was 8 days overdue and also had gestational diabetes, I really wanted to have a natural birth. We we're trying to make it to 42 weeks because baby and I were fine, but at 41+1 with zero labor signs I wanted to induce. I just had a weird feeling, and he followed my lead if that's what I wanted. I was one of the few % that induction meds lead to full blown, hard labor. 1 hour after meds baby's HR kept dropping and was in distress. Dr. Cap remained calm throughout and was reassuring I was in good hands, all while explaining things and giving me scenarios of what was happening. After about the 6th time of this happening we (together) decided to go for a c-section and get baby out. Surgery was smooth and he was awesome, telling jokes and kept me calm. Turned out baby's cord was around her neck and also in the birth canal, so if we would have went natural it could have ended gravely. I was so glad he was on my side and made me feel well taken care of. I ended up going home just 1.5 days later since we were doing so great. Thanks Dr. Cap! You and the team rock. This is a long and overdue review that I have been meaning to make since my son was born. I have never felt more safe with a doctor than I did with Doctor Cap. He is truly a blessing & rarity as a doctor. After having a not so pleasant experience with a previous doctor during regular check ups, it was so wonderful to finally meet doctor Cap. Luckily his sweet wife Angie who manages the office was able to get me in at around 4 months, and as you can probably imagine, I was more than overwhelmed with finding a doctor who I felt comfortable and safe with delivering our first baby. From the moment I walked into the office and was greeted by Angie I felt a warm comfort come over. Their office is so bright, clean and inviting with beautiful photos of newborns and pregnant moms. After getting called in, the nurse who I ran into on several occasions and usually checked me in was always welcoming and super sweet. They are all really an amazing group of people. As soon as Doctor Cap walked in and shook my hand with a big smile and warm greeting, I knew he was the right doctor for me. He really listened to what I wanted in the delivery and supported an all natural/ holistic approach. Right up until the big day, I probably would have been an even bigger nervous wreck but knowing that I had my hubby and Doctor Cap to deliver our baby, allowed me to have exactly what I wanted which was a natural & fast (which was a bonus) birth. Dr. Cap is one of the best doctors I have seen in my entire life. He is confident, knowledgeable, caring, kind and supportive of whatever decision parents make. He takes all the time required to ensure parents feel good about this journey, all their questions have been answered and they feel good about their decisions. We were referred to Dr Cap 5 and half month into our pregnancy. This was the best thing that happened to us. From day 1 we met him, we knew we are in good hands. We reviewed our plan with him in our first app and he completely supported and encouraged us. And we finally had the baby few days ago. Dr. Cap was present few times throughout my labor to check everything and then at delivery. I must admit, it wasn't the easiest thing to do but having Dr. Cap next to me made a world of difference. I'm a foreigner living in San Diego for almost 10 years. I always had a hard time finding a doctor who truly understand my concerns and when me and my husband decided to start trying to get pregnang I went to Dr Cap for the first time. It's was a pleasant experience and today I was there for the second time to talk more in details about fertility options. It is hard for me to even schedule the appointment because I always figured I would conceive naturally so I get a little anxious having to deal with that. Incredibly Dr Cap makes everything look so easy and simple, I leave his office feeling confident and excited about my possibilities. I don't even know if I ever will get pregnant but whoever is reading this and feel the need to find a great doctor who truly listens to you, answer all your questions and concerns, he is the right person. Dr. Cap was absolutely the best choice I could have made. I was a high risk pregnancy with a history of stillbirth so I was an absolute wreck. He never hesitated to go above and beyond to help me through my pregnancy, even coming in a day off because I was freaking out to do an ultrasound for me. He helped me through a natural delivery and gave me the birth I had dreamed about. I would never think twice to recommend him to my friends. You are lucky to have the opportunity to see him!
