place needs a 0 star.. had my car over a month and at first tried to give me the car back with it being painted 2 different colors the hood messed up and fenders rough with other issues as well. Today now over a month I get my car get mad instantly because the car is still messed up fenders still messed up, hood still messed up, scratches all over the place, bumper clips busted, washer fluid neck completely off, air box and hose half way off , wires that are bare wrapped with another wire just hanging out, wrong plastic clips held by hope and a prayer because they are not the correct ones with other problems too. The manager is conveniently on vacation. Ive paid them my insurance has paid them I asked for my money back and they refused. They've claimed shipping issues which might be the case but still yet over a month I think not they kept ordering the wrong headlights 3 maybe 4 times and still all of the other issues with my car that aren't fixed over a month and paid in full. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. Anita was wonderful Todd was useless Jeff is lost and the tech that worked on the car apparently didnt understand the assignment. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could and would of done a better job than this! My next step is the BBB because this isn't okay at all! I wouldn't allow these people near a car if I had known it would come out like this! So if youre looking for a shop I'd keep looking if I were you! read more

Would never go back! Had some fender and door damage repaired at Nichols and I've never seen such a bad repair and service. The paint was inconstant leaving a visible line all the way down the door and when I went to pick up the car they never painted the inside seams of the panels. Upon telling them they missed the seems they attempted to fix it with a quick fix and painted the seams with the WRONG COLOR as well as they did not tape the door and fender so the "quick fix" was not straight and looked terrible. On top of the unprofessional repair the service by the shop foreman was the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I will never recommend anyone to use Nichol's Body shop with the staff that they had last year when my repair was being done. read more

These guys are totally unprofessional! I went there to have a vehicle fixed with some minor rust and some clearcoat issues. The guy behind the counter had a chip on his shoulder from the time that I walk through the door. I was willing to spend thousands of dollars to get this car fixed and right from the gate he gave a bad taste in my mouth because of his attitude. We walked outside and as I started going over some of the issues he said wait wait wait let me stop you right there we're not doing anything except replace the whole panel even if it's surface rust. These guys are totally unprofessional and think they're better than somebody. I will never endorse or bring a vehicle to these guys in my life totally terrible terrible terrible customer service skills!!! I guess if you're not dealing with an insurance claim they don't want anything to do with you! That was the first question out of his mouth when he seen me.
