Been there twice, been disappointed twice. Second time, I went there because I received a letter from Ford saying that I should go as soon as possible to a Ford garage for an airbag recall, I went there and the guy at the service desk (Travis if I remember well) has been really rude to me, almost saying that I was saying BS about this airbag recall and also talking about the passenger airbag whereas I never mentioned it (I was coming for the driver airbag as mentioned in the letter from Ford). I've never felt this unwelcome, I could feel that I was annoying them both time I went there and they are not even good at diagnosing an issue. Would definitely skip this garage to go to a more skilled, customer oriented one.
