We went back and forth regarding the purchase and I finally got the vehicle that I inquired about. Matt was great to work with and treated me with respect and never fell into the consummate salesman role! I purchased the vehicle because of him and feel that he could be a friend , and I will certainly work with him on any future purchases. Throughout the process I also worked with Alex Martinez who was just as professional and worked with me on the day I picked up the vehicle to make sure that it went smoothly and efficiently. He was an asset and added to the overall buying experience.

In addition, the "minor repair" that was needed according to him turned out to be several hundred dollars worth of repairs needed.

Buying a car can be a stressful decision, and most people do not enjoy the prospects of working…read morewith a salesperson. However, our experience with Ian Miller at Nicholasville was anything but stressful. I connected with Ian via email after asking about a car I saw online. He responded quickly, professionally, and even let me know that they had the color we wanted. He did not push us to come see the vehicle, which actually led us to wanting to work with him. We ended up buying the car, and Ian got us a fantastic price. Throughout our conversation, he was extremely efficient with our time (seeing the car and driving off with it probably took less than an hour), thorough and patient in his responses (I had a lot of questions!), and honest in his business with us - there were no sneaky fees or additional costs once we bought the vehicle. Unlike in other experiences at other dealers, Ian did not try to sell us other things or get us into a more expensive model - he really just helped us get exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough good things about Ian, and I would recommend him to family and friends. If we buy another car, we would choose him again. So, if you are working with a salesperson who is anything but kind, patient, efficient, honest, and thorough, do yourself a favor and head over to Nicholasville and ask for Ian Miller. He will make buying a car less stressful and perhaps even enjoyable! Thanks, Ian!

And that's only the latest chapter in the fiasco in the catastrophe that was doing business with this lot: - They were supposed to do some minor cosmetic repairs as a condition of the sale. It took almost two weeks to get it done. And when they finally did it, it still looked like crap. Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.

Please do not go to this so called business and allow them to do to you, what they did to me. Here is my unfortunate story. It looks like I missed the boat. From the other reviews it seems when Jim worked there he was honest and actually took care of his customers and was fair and honorable with them. Sadly I can not say these things about the current manager, if you can call him that. He sold me a piece of junk and now him nor the actual owners will give me back my money. He knows what he sold me was a piece of junk because eventually he gave me a copy of the car report (that he did not give me when I was first interested in buying the trashed vehicle) the car report is clearly checked FAILED by "No major visible damage" and also FAILED by "No visible rust". Note: I am a senior citizen so I did not get down under the vehicle to check), and you can not see these things until you go under the car so I did not see them. I did ask what was wrong with the wheels and he assured me that someone had just painted them and the paint was just starting to peeling off. When in all actuality it was the original paint coming off from where the vehicle had been sitting in salt water. It is an even longer story but the bottom line is I am a female senior citizen was alone, new in town, only had been here for 13 days and new to KY and had no idea where to take the vehicle for an inspection and he took full advantage of this. I was also desperate for a car because I was paying $400.00 per week for a rental car. My mistake was believing him, trusting him when he told me he had a great vehicle in fantastic condition that was directly in the category of what I wanted. My other mistake was I paid the jerk cash. He/and obviously the actual owners, refuse to give me my money back once I discovered two weeks later that the under carriage of the vehicle was rusted out literally beyond repair. They already had all of my money and laughed all the way to the bank. The nicest thing they did was offer me 4 other vehicles and a little money back, the problem was, each of the 4 vehicles was in way worse shape than the one I already had, (by this time I had found an honest car repair shop to check each vehicle out for me) and on all 4 vehicles each one had a transmission that was ready to go out any day, along with bad breaks, on one the air conditioner needed to be replaced, and the brakes were bad on all 4 cars. These are just the first things that the car repairman found, goodness only knows what else was wrong with pieces of cars. What is even more sad still, is when I passed by this horrible car lot a few days later, all of the pieces of junk were gone. This means he sold them to unsuspecting desperate people, which is completely disgusting. With a new battery, new windshield wipers, the new brakes (that is when the rust was discovered), I am out of $12,000.00. He shoved all of the paperwork at me like bullets telling me to sign here, here, and here, and here, and here. I was completely overwhelmed and sadly I trusted the guy, so I signed. What else was I to do, I desperately needed transportation, and did not have unlimited funds, and no one to help me. He and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. But then if they had any shame and humanity in them they wouldn't do this kind of thing in the first place. They are the epitome of used car salesman. The only other thing I have to say is, Karma is a b-tch, and I truly hope they get all of it that they so rightly deserve.
