Nick is the best realtor there is! I honestly would never use anyone else...even if my own mom became a realtor I would still go with Nick. We have bought 3 houses and sold 2 through Nick! Our first house we bought we seriously looked at over 50 houses and when my wife and I got discouraged and thought we would never find a home Nick kept us positive and we found our perfect starter home. Being from Canada, my husband and I had the added stress of purchasing a property outside of our home country. When my partner and I found out I was to be relocated to Phoenix, we went online to search for a real estate agent, and luckily found Nick. Nicholas Yale was very easy to work with. With his help we found a townhouse in Scottsdale. He was great and worked very professional with the selling agent who was not the best.
