From the crew at the front desk, to my new hygienist, and most of all to Dr Khanani and his assistant I was treated with the utmost respect!!! As a new patient I didn't know what to expect but wow totally impressed with everyone!!!! Dr Khanani replaced a broken crown on the back tooth which was made right there in the office same day so no going back a second time!!! Dr Khanani explained everything along the way that made you at ease and yes folks I even heard from him the next day to see how I was doing!!!! Class

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I scheduled an appointment six…read moremonths in advance specifically for a teeth cleaning, which I clearly stated at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment would last two hours and include X-rays and mouth photos--none of which were mentioned beforehand. When I explained that I only wanted a cleaning, the hygienist consulted with Dr. Khanani, who then informed me that these additional procedures were a requirement--not for insurance purposes, but was their office procedure. While I agreed to the X-rays, I declined the mouth photos, as I was only interested in a cleaning at that time. When I asked why these procedures were mandatory, Dr. Khanani responded that they "build trust." I expressed my frustration that this policy was not disclosed when I scheduled my appointment. Rather than accommodating my request for just a cleaning with X-rays, I was asked to leave. Because I didn't want photos taken? If you value transparency and patient-centered care, I would not recommend this office. Their priorities seem to lie more in what they can bill to insurance rather than in meeting patients' individual needs.

I feel so comfortable with their dental services I stayed even though they don't fully accept the Dental Insurance Plan I have. A portion is covered and I pay the balance. I know the integrity, professionalism, cleanliness and skill is the way the office is run on all levels so here I stay. Everyone is super friendly on the Staff. I know the Mulroys from Church and that is how we found out about the Practice.

A unhappy ending after responding to Dr. Novak's tv ad about being "the solution" with mini-implant…read moreservices. Issue: missing teeth & one that is crumbling. I drove 1+hr to get to them, and ended up there almost a whole day following a 12hr overnight work shift. I waited nearly an hour past my appt time, and then later, waited in my car again another hour before anyone could speak with me re: a care plan. Dr. Novak was condescending, lecturing rather than using his limited time with me to present a positive plan, I was passed through the hands of 5 staff members while there, the place was a ZOO and the tiny neglected building was crammed with equipment and messy clutter. I overlooked all this, as they said COVID had caused a scheduling mess, but then was made to feel that I was demanding & they couldn't work with me because I expected them to reply to my follow up to get my 1st treatment appt scheduled. I feel that I dodged a bullet in the office mgr's rejection of me as a client.

My last front lower teeth finally failed - and it was time to remove them and move on to mini implants. Anyway - he removed the teeth but first drew my blood for this new "procedure". L'PRF. Its a damn miracle. It involves your blood to create a membrane they put on the surgical area. My healing extraction to denture was 3 weeks. In a few weeks we move on to implants. Dr. Novak is a great man with greater skills. I highly recommend him.
