First: I thought it was a little weird they have you wear a blindfold for the actual sedation, but I thought it was just supposed to help the atmosphere or whatever. It would up being so you don't see the needle. The told me I would be out of it when I was being injected with any needles and wouldn't remember it because of the oral sedation, but unfortunately it's the only part I remember and I screamed because it was so painful. They should have warned me up front honestly about this, but they didn't do now I'm warning you. Secondly, I asked them to make sure to please use a stitch since we were removing a molar and I have poor wound healing. They said they would but when I woke up said they said they were unable to because my mouth was too small? What? I had my wisdom teeth out with stitches applied and there was NO issue there. Because they didn't use a stitch, I suffered a dry socket. It was painful but when I went back they didn't really even look and they were entirely dismissive. It took an additional two months to heal and the additional filling they did fell out. Because the work they did was so bad, I called them up and told them I wasn't comfortable getting my cleaning there and to cancel it and refund that portion of my bill. They tried REALLY hard to get me to reschedule but I have no intention of going back there. They refuse to refund the cleaning they didn't give me however. So basically I have no filling, took FOREVER and was super painful to heal my pulled tooth because bad technique- and no. I wouldn't recommend.

I always make the drive back to Worcester every six months to get my cleanings! Dr. Coakley has kept my teeth in tip-top shape over the years, so I've only needed a couple of fillings, but he's rebuilt one of my front teeth for me, and also put in two Maryland bridges over the years due to a congenital problem where two of my adult teeth never came in. He also performed gum lasering. Having two fake teeth in the front of my smile, it is very difficult to match exact colors and shape, but I always get compliments on my smile and no one has ever been the wiser that some of my teeth aren't real! About 5 years ago, I hit my tooth in a sporting event and had a huge hole in my mouth where my fake tooth had been knocked out. I called Dr. Coakley that night, and he told me to come right in that night and he fixed it right up for me, with my dad acting as his assistant. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Coakley and his staff. They are incredible!!
