No, I most certainly do not recommend this store…read more Details right......ok, So , I have brought 6 vehicles to this store over the last 8 years. I first came to this store because of a Groupon. After having bought the "full car" option. When I arrived , the owner Bryan, said that it wasn't the actual price for the "full car Ceramic" and gave me a "deal." Because of the "Lifetime Warranty , "the Manager Mike, and the owner always took such great care of me and made me feel like a valued customer, I felt that it was worth it to pay a little more. Even after my car was broken into after coming here. That is up until today; I brought my car here today for a "warranty repair " and Bryan proceeds to tell me that the "lifetime warranty " only applies to bubbling. Not nicks in the tint or any other situation only bubbling. Since they have replaced it before, with no issues I was completely confused. No where on the receipt or anywhere in the store does it say that, on top of the fact that they have in fact done the repair on two other cars. So........ After much back and forth, he did honor the warranty replacement. But considering the stress from having to demand that they honor their own warranty, on top of the fact that my car was broken into after visiting this store, No, I definitely do not recommend this tint store. Should you decide to visit anyway, MAKE SURE AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!! Without it, they will NOT do any kind of repair.

Thank you Carmen and the staff at Thumbs Up Window Tint 4 an awesome tint on my Impala! I…read moreshopped around San Antonio extensively, on Yelp and other review sites searching for a window tint shop that would provide me the best tint and overall value. I made many calls, and researched countless forums. I hope my findings save others some time! In my opinion, there are a few key categories which are extremely important, yet easy to overlook when it comes to shopping for a window tint service: 1.The relationship of product cost to product performance, or what I call VALUE. 2.The skill of the installers/quality of work 3. Customer service 4. Guarantee of work/warranty I knew I wanted a ceramic film with heat rejecting properties and Thumbs Up offered the high end ceramic tint films I had researched (Llumar, Pinnacle F1), at a competitive price point. After reading stellar reviews, I decided to call Thumbs Up, as I had learned online they are one of the only (if not only) shop that carries Pinnacle F1 film. I spoke with Carmen, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the various tint films on the market (just like the reviews promised). I told Carmen the basis of what I was looking for, specific to my needs, and she informed me of a couple films that would suit the bill. She quoted me the prices, informed me I would receive a MIL discount, and invited me to come by and take a look at the options in person. I came by the following day just to feel things out. The shop looked very professional. Carmen greeted me and knew exactly who I was from our prior conversation. She showed me the film's, explained the lifetime warranty, and gave me her professional opinion on what percentage would be best for my vehicle. The price she quoted in person matched my phone quote. I decided to go with Pinnacle Formula One all around and LLumar Air 80 on the windshield. Luckily for me, the shop was able to fit me in and start the work. Carmen showed me the waiting room and was very attentive to my needs during my 2hr job. The waiting room has cable TV, free wifi, water cooler, and lotsa magazines. I was escorted to the back when one of the installers found my rear defroster was not attached to the back glass properly. I wish I got the 2 installers names because they did a top notch job! Very few moisture streaks/bubbles at this time. My car looks awesome, I got the tint I wanted, and was treated like a VIP. I think Thumbs Up Tinting offers amazing service, value, and expertise! Thanks guys, and thanks again Carmen!

Clean, sharp, and showroom quality. Marco, the owner, is phenomenal and runs his business the right way. He was upfront and honest about everything from the very beginning. No surprises. No pressure. Just clear communication and integrity every step of the way. He took the time to walk me through the shop, showed me vehicles he was currently working on, and explained the process in detail. Throughout the project, he sent updates so I always knew what was happening with my car. That level of customer service is rare. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Awesome people, great business, and amazing service. If you are looking, please check these folks…read moreout. Our circumstances did not follow the usual reason for looking for a reliable body shop...we purchased what was supposed to be a 2025 certified pre owned (CPO) Hyundai from a dealership. We found out after the fact that the vehicle actually does not qualify as a CPO due the having been involved in an accident and having a front fender and a front door replaced with parts that do not have VINs that match the VIN of the vehicle. To further complicate this, the GM at the dealer claims ignorance of this absolute fact stating that they relied on the Carfax that does not show an accident...well, if his statement was actually true, then "why" were the photos in CPO inspection documentation that we were provided altered to attempt to show the correct VIN on front passenger door (if you actually were NOT aware of the vehicle being in an accident, then you would not need to FAKE the photo....right?) At any rate this has been referred to the Hyundai National Customer service folks. Hyundai National asked for all the documentation that we could provide so we asked the good folks at Master Match Collision Repair to conduct a forensic inspection of our vehicle and issue a written statement of findings. Conclusions - Right front fender, no VIN tag, was replaced, right front door, wrong VIN tag, had been replaced, right rear door repainted, missing gromets, right front fender liner damaged and should be replaced. Passenger side missing three retainer clips that help hold the front bumper cover on. We found that the VIN on front passenger door belonged to a donor vehicle, a 2024 Elantra (ours is a 2025) that was totaled in or around Temple in July 2025. This is probably where the front fender came from....SO, we are thankful for the great, professional, and prompt assistance from the good people (Roland in particular) at Master Match for the assist in finding all the issues and helping us prove that the dealership (not naming them here yet) sold us a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage and while they claim ignorance using the "Carfax" excuse, they cannot explain faking the CPO document photo. If you need outstanding, professional assistance with your vehicle, please consider Master Match, they are good and honest folks at a time in the world when you do not know who you can trust, trust Master Match.
