Most flowers are cut and arranged behind the shop (in the garage), and flowers are sold on the front room area, and the top floor is off limits. Nice decorations and atmosphere. Nice service and clean and organized. They sometimes sell a couple different notebooks or cards.

I ordered an $89 bouquet for my Mom turning 87- I was hoping it would be very special this year…read moresince she has developed significant health issues and just moved into a seniors residence; don't know how many more birthdays she will have. She received her bouquet late in the day on her birthday and it wasn't anything like what I ordered, nor was it worth $89; maybe $20 at best. I would never buy such a scanty little bouquet for any one; it has four sad little red carnations with a bit of greenery, plastic candy canes/fake berries and ribbon arranged in a dollar store type coffee mug with a painted snowman- they sure knew to charge the $89 on my order- just not the Gerber daisies, lily and roses, etc. that I ordered. It just happened that I flew into town today to visit her, 4 days after her birthday, or I never would have known what they sent her. I think because it was an online order and going to a seniors residence supposed 'ACCIDENTS' happen; most people don't ask how much you spent or criticism flowers you sent- especially not seniors. When I called their advertised 24/7 contact number to lodge my complaint the lady who answered kept saying only she was there- as if I was I was out of luck; she said she is the designer and.remembered doing the order, but she sounded confused telling me I had called in the order for my 96 year old mother. When I tried to correct her that I had not spoken with anyone (my order was completely online) she became frustrated. I told her my mother is no longer interested in flowers from them and I have asked for a refund; she all but hung up on me. Supposedly someone else will call me back- we will see; if not I will contact Visa. Bad experience all the way around - beware.
