I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and spoke to Rhonda (the owner, she told me). I described the hand tied bouquet that I wanted: spring flowers, bulbs, bright and colourful, with pussy willows. I mentioned that I wanted just a simple glass vase, as my mother had been giving away lot of her things and she didn't need a fancy container, so I would prefer a simple vase and for the money to go into the flowers. Rhonda told me they had hyacinth and other bulbs and also said to let her choose from what they had. The hand tied bouquet arrived with NO vase (thankfully, my mother still had a vase to put the bouquet in). My mother described the flowers as red roses, white mums and possibly gerbera daisies, some snapdragons and other flowers. I asked her if there were bulbs in the bouquet and she told me, there no bulbs in the arrangement, like I requested and Rhonda told me she could do. The bouquet did have pussy willows, but was not what I ordered, so I was disappointed. I was a florist for 10 years and described quite accurately what I wanted.
