Been coming here for four years, and other than another time where they used the wrong color never had problems. This time the polish started peeling within 3 days so I came back in as soon as I was back from my work trip and mentioned that they started peeling right away this time and now (1-1.5 weeks in) half of them were gone. I've been getting the identical color for most of a year, so it's definitely not the brand - the only different thing was the light, she used the weak ones built into the desk more last time which she almost never used before. She was really rude about it, insisted she didn't use the desk lights (I'm not sure why - I mean I clearly remember it as being unusual and thought they didn't seem as warm as the other one) and was acting like she didn't believe me, so I kept trying to explain. She angrily said she'd do it for free - and I said that wasn't the point, the point is that I've never had a problem in all the years I'd been going here and when I do she's acting horribly about it. Like last time I left these jerks a $20 tip, and this is still how you get treated. She told me about a min in to stop talking and I didn't say another word, but she kept going on about it for a couple minutes. Then she told me not to ask for her again. My friend who I'd brought in said she'd have snapped at her for being so rude, but I just didn't say anything else and left. Never going back. Adios. Edit: The technician has now been calling and texting (even though I've never texted them) to harass me, this is ridiculous, I honestly can't believe it. What a psycho. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. The guy that gave me a pedicure literally took chunks out of my flesh. I was bleeding and he continued doing the scrubbing. My foot is so sore a week later. And the kicker was after he caused me physical pain and did the worst pedicure I've ever had he charged me full price. Do not go to this chop shop. Absolutely the worst place ever! read more

I usally come in here once or twice month. Today I called booked for myself my mom and my two daughters. For mothers day, I was told therre was room at 5:15. Once the water was filled in all four foot tubs it was cold. I tried to ask 3 people to heat it up when they walked by. No one did, after a half hour finally one guy (the younger one) came to check on two of us... he either didnt want to listen (possibly didnt understand) about us needing the water warmer. Then he gave us the polish swatches. When he was also not listening as we told him what we wanted. He then gave them to us again and walked away as we were explaining what we wanted. I have never been so disappointed here. So embarrassing when I'm a regular and I refer everyone here. When the lady got to me she was lovely. But this experience sucked as a whole. I asked not to have new stalactites as it looked fine.. but it was filed down and replaced any way. read more

I came here today with my daughter for pedicures We enjoyed ourselves and the staff was very nice It was all good until the end when a customer came back to say they were not happy with their mani pedi and asked for a refund The manager I am guessing not sure, said they would refund only if she stayed and had the polish removed! I've never heard such a thing. It was terrible customer service. I interjected to say that the right thing to do was to refund the money and cut their losses instead of arguing with the customer in front of all the other customers. They have now lost 4 customers. I have been coming here for years 5-6 years. I see Sandy only. The owner is a rude owner and has zero people Skills. I have made appointment numerous times and she never put them in the calendar. The workers are funny/polite but, other than that this place is absolutely nothing special. They lack technique in their work, they overcharge for the most basic services and additions. Cant seem to have any consistency in their work either. Place is usually crowded and it feels like you're always being rushed. read more

I used to have no problems with this place. It was satisfactory and inexpensive, nothing outstanding. However, I noticed they started overcharging me but I didn't say anything (the first time) as I am a very passive person and thought it may have been a one time mistake. The next time I went in, I calculated the amount and realized 100% they snuck in an extra 10$ or so again. I politely asked them where the additional charge was from as I get the same thing every time. The lady was very embarrassed when I asked her. She started chatting in a different language with coworkers and it was clear they were hoping I wouldn't notice. After they chatted, they charged me the right price with no apologies. I will never go back though, and to think of how many people they do this to but don't notice. PS: I was a generous tipper. read more

I've never had such a bad nail job done before. All the nails are different lengths and sizes. I asked for coffin shape and most of them look nothing near. I went in the next day to get them fixed and the only thing she did was file the sides and left me without polish on the sides. Worst nail place by far in kelowna. Do not go here. Sorry, I strongly recommend you skip this one. I came away with a serious infection in my toe. Questionable cleaning methods...don't use liners in the tubs and appear to clean with a toilet brush and a spray bathroom cleaner. read more

had an appointment and had to wait 20 mins to get service.. I had a pedicure it was horrible water was cold to begin with, the rush through the service and do a half ass job, I asked him to clean my cuticle and instead of doing that he cut my toe nails so short that it hurts. Lives up to it's name! Visiting Kelowna for a few days and needed to have a gel nail fixed plus my daughter wanted a pedicure. Called up early Sunday afternoon and got an appointment for late afternoon--perfect fit with our plans. They were able to match the colour exactly for my nail fix and my daughter loved her pedi. Staff were very sweet. Fast and talented. Will definitely come back and recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to have your nails done regularly. read more

My friend an I went in and asked to have our nails just painted... we were then laughed at on numerous occasions by the ladies working there. I went here and probably wouldn't go back that being said the nails were beautiful. But the service was very bad. Me and my boyfriend's sister went here to get our nails done with an appointment. They made us sit for some time regardless of our appointment. I didn't mind this because I still had to decide on a colour. After about 15 mins of waiting they took me to one of the tables but my boyfriend's sister still had to wait about 10 more minutes before she sat down regardless of our appointment booked for 2. Would not recommend- pushing clients through as fast as they can. The minute the last stroke for polish went on my toes, she pulled off the toe divider and asked me to go wait by the door-oh and surprise the polish smudged. Do NOT go here - I made an appt for pedicure and manicure; they worked on both at the same time - I am not sure it is safe to put the infra light on a client's lap? When I asked to have it done separately, they refused (asked 3 times). Was not allowed to turn on the massage chair and my arms hurt from holding them up. I am not hard on my nails, yet the gel nail polish peeled off after a week.
