The food was excellent. I got the Lilah burrito and the sauce was surprisingly good on it. I dabbed a little here and there. They have red and green salsa, you just have to ask for it. My husband got the French toast and said it was light and fluffy and very good. Each meal comes with a small cup of fruit. Grapes and strawberries right now. Service was sweet and efficient. Meal took a bit of time to come out, so don't coming here in a rush is something you might want to consider. The place is historical, charming and clean. Loved the American flag outside, framed by the red and blue window colors.

This little eatery is tucked away in a building most might miss at first glance. Trust me, don't pass on trying it out. You can taste the freshness, from the fresh sliced bread to the fruit cups. The service is nice and welcoming as well. All in all, I'll be eating there again next time I'm in Eureka Springs!

If you're looking for a local restaurant that truly take pride in what they do, I'm recommending Nibbles Eatery every time. Not only is the inside of this restaurant cozy and welcoming, they treat each of their guests like we are regulars. Our waitress was sweet as could be, making sure we were happy with our options and filled up on waters. The menu was small and curated, with every option being the best one you could choose. They offer breakfast, lunch, coffee, and smoothies. As well as offering "the quiche of the day" which in our case was the cowboy quiche. Both me and my partner got the eggs Benedict, which seemed to be very popular while we were there. The hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The assortment of fruit was fresh and vibrant. I got the Sunny Day smoothie, it was very tasty made with high quality ingredients. While there one of the guests mentioned how she seen the chef working late night preparing everything. She works hard to make the restaurant what it is and it shows in both the restaurant and the stunning food that is served.

Best restaurant to eat at in town! Only seven tables so get there early or call ahead, as they fill up quick and the menu specials run out early. The chef is amazing, how he turns out these dishes from a corner kitchen in the building is simply unimaginable. The food is awesome definitely four stars. I heard the coffee is amazing here as well. If in town for only one meal this is the place to be!

Each piece of beef was cooked well on one end, medium in the middle and raw on the other end. But was told "that's the way we do it."

Super small, quaint -- certainly pretentious waitstaff. Ordered prime rib "burger" that was suppose to come medium rare, was full on raw. Waiter asked me if I wanted to box it and I tried to show him, but he immediately talks over me and says, "yeah, isn't that great? That's the way it's SUPPOSE to be." No my Dude, it shouldn't be.

I'd like to tell you about the most life-changing chicken salad sandwich I've ever had... This chicken salad sandwich replaced my previous "last meal." If I had 24 hours left on this precious Earth, it would be spent with my family eating this sandwich. Nibbles Eatery is a quaint little cafe nestled in the rolling hills of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The cafe is small, but mighty. You walk in and seat yourself at one of the six (maybe) tables and the delightful staff bring you a glass of water and the menu. If you have questions about ingredients, they are answered promptly with the chef coming out to talk to you and help you make decisions based on food intolerances, etc. I was with a friend who has a gluten intolerance and they were more than accommodating and helpful. I chose the chicken salad sandwich, side salad with ranch and a bag of potato chips. The food arrived promptly. It was fresh. It was beautiful. I snapped a few photos (pictured) and took that first life changing bite. Within moments I set the sandwich down and practically wept. I had my own personal moment of silence. I looked at my friend and said, "That's the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had in my entire life (for reference, I'm 43). I actually didn't want to eat the rest of it because I didn't want the meal to end. It was creamy (yes... that's the word. There is no other word) and bursting with flavor. Actually, I have no clue how to describe it because I legit went on a low key chicken salad trip. I quickly moved to my salad and practically licked the plate hoping I would have the self-control to save the other 1/2 of the sandwich. I didn't. No one does and no one will. I could not believe people weren't actively moaning while eating at Nibbles. My friend ordered the same sandwich on gluten free bread and neither of us spoke while we chewed and moaned. That sandwich was an out of body experience. It's worth a trip to Eureka Springs to eat at Nibbles Eatery and my suggestion is to call ahead and order a 50 gallon Tupperware container straight from the chef. On our last day I debated going back to Nibbles Eatery and begging for a large vat of chicken salad; however, without a proper cooler system, I ultimately lost out and didn't go. I know a few things about food and that sandwich is what I want on my last day and every day in between. Thank you to everyone at Nibble Eatery for the love and care you pour into your menu, the accommodations and general pleasantry. I will be back next year with more friends in tow and you best believe I'll have a cooler.

My first time trying eggs Benedict, I was not disappointed! I had bacon and spinach hubby had salmon. Very good. Coffee was good. Music was good. Atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Staff very accommodating for no gluten.

I want to go back to Eureka Springs just to have breakfast here again. The asparagus Swiss quiche is one of the best I have had. It came with a wonderful salad of Romaine strawberry Red Onion and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Even the blood orange on the side was perfect my friend had the salmon eggs benedict the salmon was baked and Flaky and perfect. read more

Back again during our trip to Eureka Springs. Don't miss this place! Go early!! If tables are full don't give up. The place is small. They take your name & number & call when u have a table. Plenty of shops to pass the time. We went today & yesterday for lunch. Had a 20 minute wait today. Just sat outside. Everything is fresh & portions are generous. Presentation is beautiful. Chicken salad, quiche, side salad, eggs Benedict & gyro were our fare these two days. All were excellent. They serve breakfast all day. Great iced tea. Have daily specials to choose from as well as menu. Server very friendly & accommodating. If u have to wait, it's worth it! Probably not a good choice for little ones. No grilled cheese or hot dogs type of place. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Presented gluten-free options and even directed us to another local restaurant that is fully gluten-free (Aquarius). My daughter enjoyed her gluten free salad, my son had a tasty quesadilla and my wife and I went basic with ham and cheese panini's. All very good. There's a very tiny dining room so this isn't the place for a large party. read more

We had been told by several locals this is a must and it was! Everything was spectacular from the fresh in house strawberry lemonade to the Yummiest French toast, I'm pretty sure the quiche i had was the best I've ever had. Super great service, We will be back during our short stay! read more

So very delicious! So very tiny! My SO and I stumbled through here on a Sunday looking for snacks, coffee and a restroom (FYI, bathroom not included). We ordered the soup special, Mulligatawny, and the spinach artichoke dip. The dip was the star of the meal. Perfectly creamy, artichokes and spinach tasted super fresh. My favorite thing about the dip was the large chunks of artichokes! The soup was perfectly warm and very comforting. This is a must stop place if you are hungry in the afternoon. The food has lots of beautiful flavor and the staff is beyond friendly. read more

Our favorite spot in Eureka Springs! I sampled almost everyone's lunch at our table, and everything was delicious! From the perfectly tart and refreshing strawberry lemonade to the crisp veggie wrap, it was all wonderful. I enjoyed my savory spinach quiche while my youngest daughter dove into her tortellini tomato soup. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his "hamburger", which consisted of thinly sliced prime rib topped with cheese and wasabi mayonnaise. I think we may go back for breakfast! read more

Fantastic cafe in Eureka Springs. We just stumbled upon this tiny place (only about 6 tables) for lunch and it was delicious. I had the Caesar salad with chicken breast and the chicken was so ridiculously juicy and very high quality. My husband had soup and a sandwich, and he couldn't stop raving. read more

Nibbles was our favorite place to eat, both for the food and the incredible service! Our server was very kind & cheerful and made us feel right at home. I got a perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict that was flavorful with crispy bacon and great hollandaise. Eggs Benedict is my go-to order for every breakfast/brunch joint, and this was one I'd come back for. My partner got the special, which was a slice of French toast-battered blueberry cake, and WOW! It was unlike anything we'd ever had - decadent and moist like cake, lightly crisp like French toast, and not overly sweet - an absolute standout that, if offered when you go, is a must to try. He finished the whole thing along with the included eggs and bacon for a truly standout meal (one I was lucky enough to have a few delicious bites of)! Overall, I'd go back for the food alone but the charming spot and service make this a must for any visitor. read more

Food: Both my SO and I got the Chicken Bacon Panini without tomatoes, because we are both weird about them on sandwiches. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS. We waited around thirty minutes for them to come out, but we weren't in a hurry and it was worth the wait. The pesto sauce on the sandwiches really added flavor, and the chicken was decent thick. Overall, the food seemed healthy enough and tasted great. **also, I did not actually try their soup of the day, but the couple next to us ordered another cup after they finished their first. I think it was mushroom? Atmosphere: Very quaint and hipster-ish, but not so much that it's uncomfortable if you aren't. The room is tight and well-packed, so if you're claustrophobic I would avoid this place unless it's in an off time. Service: Friendly and helpful. The man regularly checked on us to make sure we are doing okay. read more

We had an awesome lunch here, the food is healthy and fresh, and very satisfying. I had the Stir Fry with Mushrooms and Beef, and it was such a well balanced and wonderfully delicious meal. I've also had their quiche and chicken and tortellini soup. The service was fantastic and it's right in the heart of Eureka Springs down town. It's quite cozy and there's seating for maybe 15 to 20 but service is fast and we have never had to wait long if at all for a seat. Highly recommended! read more

Great food; the two owners are the entire staff and you feel as if you are guests in their home. We are locals and when we have guests, Nibbles is our place for brunch or lunch. It's small so you may have to leave your number for them to call you when a table is open. It is worth the wait. read more

This place is sooo good. We stopped in for lunch for the Greek salad and had the daily special of bacon avocado grilled cheese with tomato soup. Everything was absolutely delicious and we would eat here again. They were voted best coffee in Arkansas by USA Today. read more

Very good breakfast. Quaint little place. Great atmosphere. I had the bacon eggs Benedict served on a whole wheat English muffin. It was great. The hollandaise sauce was light and yet still creamy. My husband had the spinach omelet it was really good too. The service was excellent. We would come back here on our next trip to Eureka. I want to try lunch here! read more

We were strolling the lovely streets of downtown Eureka Springs and were very hungry, so stopped in for lunch. Very small place but didn't feel crowded. Funky and artsy decor, very friendly staff. My chef salad was the best I've ever eaten, hands down. It took slightly longer to be served but it was because every element of the salad was carefully and painstakingly sliced and and arranged. I could see the salad maker at work behind the counter, and he reminded me of a sushi master! It had finely julienned salami, ham, and Swiss cheese, thin strips of tender chicken, bell peppers (red and green), carrots, cucumber, and the freshest romaine and tomatoes, tossed in a delicious light vinaigrette. Plus a hard boiled egg and black olives. I didn't want it to end! read more

Extremely rude. We came in (8 adults 2 kids) and the man working behind the counter said, "We don't serve parties more than 6" and went about his business. There was one other couple there that happily offered to move to the adjacent table to make room and the man wasn't phased. This place apparently doesn't work on profits, might be fun for assholes but not families. read more

When I come to Eureka Springs I always make it a point to eat here. In my 40+ years of eating out I am not sure I have ever eaten at a restaurant where absolutely everything I have ever had there was not just good, but amazing. Service is good too usually although sometimes there is a wait to get in, don't care, I'll wait. To those who didn't like the food or service, good, more for me with less waiting read more

Hello - what a nice surprise! The food was absolutely delicious. It's to-go only and they packaged it cleverly, so the soup and bread stayed hot. They included utensils and plenty of napkins. I had the quiche - literally, melts in your mouth. The soup was perfect for the chilly day. read more

Couldn't get a table at this very small joint, and the staff was most unwelcoming because we were surfeit, I suppose. This place was suggested by someone at the nearby New Orleans Hotel, so it must be good, but just not for us. read more

I have had a passion for cooking and baking since I was a small child. Growing up in the rural south I was exposed to many old school cooking techniques and recipes. I have lived in the Midwest and in the Pacific Northwest for many years before moving to Eureka Springs. With travel I learned a lot about different cultures and the wonderful foods that go along with them. I strive to provide fresh and flavorful meals that keep you coming back for more. I make everything from scratch when possible and I’m always learning new things in the kitchen.

The space has a warm, welcoming vibe, with comfy seating and a great selection of breakfast items and quick bites. You can tell they take pride in their coffee--everything is thoughtfully made, and they even roast their own beans. We didn't catch a live performance, but love that they offer that as part of the experience. If you're in Eureka Springs and looking for a chill spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee (or tea!), this place is a gem.

10-17. drinks were good. waited 30 min for food. asked for extra salad dressing. he brought the dressing and mumbled under his breath. "havnt even ate the salad and already asking for dressing". then the other owner THOUGHT he heard me say i was going to throw my food. AND THEATEN TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE YOUR DUMB ASS CANT KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! business has been open for 4 years and heard nothing but good while waiting to be seated so we were excited to eat there. fucking rude! if i want more dressing give it to me without your opinion. i would gladly pay for it but since ya had to run your mouth, it literally ruined my experience in eureka springs coming from kansas city. branson here we come read more

There are plenty of places that serve excellent traditional breakfasts. Sometimes, though, one wants something other than pancakes or biscuits. This is the place to go for those times. My wife and I were the first visitors at 8:15. The space is small, but the effect was cozy, not cramped. We ordered the quiche and the eggs Benedict. Both were perfectly prepared and presented. The Spinach-artichoke quiche had a subtle, not overpowering, depth of flavor. The fresh fruits and vegetables were of surprising quality for so early in spring. We enjoyed it very much and plan to return soon. read more

My husband and I just finished breakfast at Nibbles and it was wonderful. I had Eggs Benedict, which is very difficult to make and attain perfection. This dish was perfect: cooked just right with light, subtle hollandaise sauce and crisp bacon. Ahhhhh. Amazing. Our server was very friendly and nice. My husband's blueberry Belgian waffle stack was pretty and he characterized his breakfast as "exceptional". We'll be back for breakfast tomorrow. read more
