Disappointed with Ken. Have used him for a few years but this year he refused to refund an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a so called cancelled appointment. I never booked the so called appointment and he refuses to admit that his new great on line service has a few flaws. When he did show up at a SCHEDULED appointment, his work was not up to par, forgot to clean my basement windows and left a screen off. I am not impressed - he won't be back. Ann read more

This company is dishonest, and unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon for a gutter cleaning of my 1.5 storey house and they refused to honour it as by their unique, undisclosed definition, I have a 2 storey house. According to the City of Niagara Falls, the CMHC, several realtors, and my insurance company, I have a 1.5 storey house. Niagara Window Washing made up their own definition of a 1.5 storey house. They define it as a house with a roof line of over 25 feet, but no-one else does. They did not state this in their groupon ad, and refused to honour the coupon, instead trying to charge me a $35.00 cancelation fee, and the ridiculous amount of $139.00 to return and do the job. Very unprofessional, and frankly, deceptive. Avoid dealing with them. I acted in good faith based on the information they provided, and they used it as an opportunity to gouge me. While I have no experience with their skills, I would be highly suspect as to the quality of their work after first-hand experience with the quality of their customer service. read more

I had NWW clean out my eaves troughs after the leaf fall the fall of 2015. It was a great deal for first timer..I think it may have been a Groupon.I was pleased with the work they had done I called and registered online for this same procedure fall of 2016. First of all I could not believe they charged me $25 to book after their regular scheduling time and secondly I was not at the home when they visited this time. The outside of my home was left a mess. I was so disappointed in their service. I had cleaned our deck and top of hot tub before they did their removal. they had left debris all over the deck and hot tub, and clumps of leaf debris in and around the gardens. my outside windows below the troughs were disgusting, I had also cleaned them before their service. Muddy boot prints all over decking. from where I stand below it still looks their is leaf debris in this trough. I will never recommend this service...I also called this business and left a voicemail and did hear back. read more
