I went to my primary care physician three times for a sprained ankle. I wasn't satisfied with the…read morecare I was getting, so after six weeks I dropped in to this clinic on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in. The doctor immediately assessed the condition, performed an ultrasound and determined that I had some cartilage fragments floating around, recommended a course of treatment, clearly explained to me the reasons behind his recommendations, and I left feeling greatly satisfied both at the speed of service and the knowledge and confidence of the doctor. I find it strange that there are nine positive reviews that are hidden, and one negative review that is visible for this doctor. I highly recommend them. What is up with yelp?

By far the worst experience with a medical professional in my life. My wife went in several times…read morefor a complex condition in her toe. Every time, we had to go through the entire case history with him -- he had no memory of her, and/or failed to review her case files (though to be fair, the last time we went in, his office staff had not put our appointment in their calendar, so the visit was a surprise). The condition got much worse under his care, and we switched to a better podiatrist. Dr. Kuzel or his staff vastly over-billed us -- a $700 surgical fee plus a $900 professional fee for what was an extremely minor procedure. We showed the bill to our new podiatrist, and he was shocked at the way it was done.

Andrea - Thank you…read moreso much for arranging a truly memorable tour itinerary for me. I would recommend all the three places you booked for viewing. I had been looking forward to seeing the Aurora Borealis lights for quite some time. I totally lucked out and saw them each of the three nights you arranged where they hadn't been visible for a few nights prior and at least the night after. The viewing on Saturday/Sunday about 1 AM was an awesome experience. The extra free day in Fairbanks was put to good use - slept late, got some good shopping in. The Crepery, BIG Daddy's BBQ, The Diner and Lavelle's Bistro in Fairbanks were great places to eat. The city tour of Fairbanks was informative and was a good kick-off for the rest of my tour. After the tour of the Ice Museum and a good diner at the Chena Resort I enjoyed soaking in the Chena Hot Springs at midnight at -34 F, what a cool experience. The Basecamp was were I got my best pictures of the lights. The staff there was very helpful in fine tuning my camera settings. Even though the weather was overcast and a bit snowy on my train ride from Fairbanks to Anchorage the 12 hour trip was comfortable and well worth it as the scenery was spectacular. We spotted 15-20 moose in the wild along the way. All-in-all mission accomplished and then some. I look forward to doing this again in the not too distant future.

Thoughtful and thorough travel prep! I enjoyed working with Andrea, who responded quickly to…read moreseveral of my inquiries about Alaska travel. We traveled in August to Glacier Bay National Park, leaving from Juneau. Logistically, everything was taken care of. With a ferry or flight option to Gustavus, the jumping-off point, we opted for the ferry. Once we arrived we got on a bus to the Glacier Bay Lodge, for an included overnight. The next day's boat ride to explore the park was a spectacular treat. Having been in SE AK for a rainy week, I was hoping against hope for a glimmer of blue sky as we traveled to see the glaciers. Amazingly, the sun burst through the clouds as we began our day, bringing out sunglasses and sunscreen. It was a party atmosphere as people reveled in the full daylight. We got back to the lodge in time to be bused to the airport for a flight back to Juneau, with the sun showing off the mountains and waters from above. I was thankful for a window seat! I would highly recommend Alaska Active Travel as they are detail-oriented and can provide many options to customize your trip. P.S. - On cue - the rain resumed in Juneau the next day. We were very lucky!
