Here is where truth is truly stranger than fiction! My friend took the car in, and expressed an interest in selling the car after repairs were made. She was told by an employee that his daughter was looking for a car. A deal was struck to sell the car for X amount, with the promise that any repair would be taken care of by said employee. Well, wouldn't you know, a week later, the daughter does not want the car, and my friend is left with a $600 bill!! I will let the good folks of Victoria and surrounding area do the math on this one. I had to repeatedly call to check whether the claim had been processed and whether they had registered as a vendor with my insurance. After about a week+ of time wasted phoning back and forth, they denied service to me and said they don't want to do the work. It would have been great to know that initially, super unprofessional. They gave a very vague explanation as to not wanting to register as a vendor with my insurance. I have never heard of a customer being denied service like this. I would not recommend this business.
