After my 23 year old condenser finally kicked the bucket, they were on site the next day to assess the situation. When replacement day came, Kevin and Matt arrived right on schedule. Not bad, especially when it was a 30 minute window to begin with! They got right to work, and before I knew it the old condenser and evaporator was already in the back of the van. When a metal piece needed replacing they were able to leave, machine a new part, and return in about 25 minutes. I honestly couldn't believe it. I was initially told this would be an all day affair. But just four hours later, the new parts were installed and running beautifully. I called and spoke to the owner (Will) and he told me he could take care of it that morning (coincidentally he was going to be in my town). He arrived on time and it was immediately apparent to me he was both very experienced and very professional. He took care of the clog, being sure to get the plumbing snake all the way to the main drain line in the basement (clearing two clogs along the way). I asked him for what and he named some weird pricing structure service. he had no water measuring tools, no flashlight. Then told me he couldn't send a crew for another three days. after he left we called Servpro, they were there within the hour and started the work an hour later with photos and water reading tools and insurance info. Roto Rooter wasted our time and their rep was useless. Dont waste your time.
