They've since created a floor-model area where they have majorly discounted items you can take home right there. Kathy really went way out of her way to find two of the Diablo Rockers for my mother and get them to the store so we could pick them up ourselves, keeping me updated by email along the way. We ended up purchasing an entire outdoor set for my mom and brother's new house including a patio table, chair set, and umbrella and base, much of which was deeply discounted at the floor model price. The team also let us hold some things in the back so we could come back for items that didn't fit in my car on the first trip.
