Per my previous review, it was impossible to purchase anything from the store without paying a mandatory $250 delivery fee. They've since created a floor-model area where they have majorly discounted items you can take home right there. Kathy really went way out of her way to find two of the Diablo Rockers for my mother and get them to the store so we could pick them up ourselves, keeping me updated by email along the way. We ended up purchasing an entire outdoor set for my mom and brother's new house including a patio table, chair set, and umbrella and base, much of which was deeply discounted at the floor model price. The team also let us hold some things in the back so we could come back for items that didn't fit in my car on the first trip. I'm so glad they've found a work-around for the delivery issue, because the items are really high quality and incredibly comfortable. Thank you, Terra team!

No because it's a direct reflection of the type of employee these folks are. On the other hand, is it absolutely maddening? Yes of course haha But that's when I kindly tell myself to take a seat because... it's Ross lol You go there for a value buy and to bargain hunt, not for customer service
