Or maybe a great looking deal but somewhere 60 miles away I needed to bring my title in and saw some nice cars. Steve was not pushy but I was! we worked out a great deal, he suggested I take it home/test drive it for a couple hours. Again, NO PUSHY SALE just good old fashioned friendly chatter on both sides. On the test drive I noticed a few small irritating noises, I had quite a bit of experience with 4 other Dodge caravans and had a pretty good idea of the source. An easy enough fix but they did it quickly and well. The car is fabulous and the price was very fair. Car was clean as a Whistle, purrs like a kitten and holds the road like glue, So this old geezer suggest you go in with the idea of just sitting down with Steve to enjoy a great friendly conversation and a no pressure look at some really nice cars. One last thing: I steer clear of "We finance everybody" places. It just never entered the conversation. (my experienc only,,,maybe they do but nothing was crammed down my throat or any other bodily orifice. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and came away with a great car. Finally! I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.

This auto body shop was down the road from another auto body shop I had used before. Well, I…read moreneeded to get a couple of quotes after someone backed into my sliding door on my Honda Odyssey Van. The door was functional, but there was a pretty good dent to repair. This older gentleman came out to look at the van and gave me a hand written quote to fix it, but not much detail. I wasn't sure what to think as the other place had given me a detailed quote, but for $1200 more! The establishment itself is a little run down, but the guy has been doing auto body work for 50 years, so I figured he probably knows what it will cost to repair it without detailing it out. Honestly, my biggest concern was if he could see the paint color and blend it correctly at his age. :) Well, he's got people to help out with that. Anyway, they banged out that dent and smoothed it out and painted the whole side of my van for the quoted amount and not a penny more. He was true to his word that he could do the job and was very confident I wouldn't have any problems with it. Honestly, I was shocked when I saw it. It was perfect. Not a single flaw. Mom and Pop Shops may not have all the bells and whistles, but it's hard to argue with perfection. I would highly recommend this business.
