I had Todd Mello sell my house in Fall River and I am so pleased with his work I don't know where to start. He is diligent, hard working and very trustworthy. He work tirelessly to sell my multi-family, made several trips, lined up workers to spruce up or update things that needed it and more! He took care of all the paperwork, contacted any professionals who needed to be involved and I just can't say enough positives things about him. The best thing I can think of, if I ever had another need for a real estate agent he would be my first and only call! Thank you, Todd!

Arthur was the property manager at the condo I used to live at and his job was supposed to be to facilitate interactions between the 3 condo owners, manage condo funds and set us up with services we may need. We would often communicate between the 3 of us without him and he would always take a long time to answer. When we needed something like landscaping done, he did not shop around and we in fact found a landscaper on our own. He never gets things done in a timely manner and is passive aggressive in all his messaging. He was also rude to my realtor during my closing process on a new home and caused us to be homeless for a few days due to his negligence and lack of urgency in turning in basic paperwork. We paid him $100 a month to basically provide no service. Would not recommend! Thank you :)
