I've been a patient for the last 2.5 years. The office staff seems to be a revolving door,…read moreappointments are always at least 15 minutes late to start and calls arent returned. My records have been misplaced or unavailable multiple times. Recently, I was scheduled for a procedure, tried to contact the office multiple times but no response. Drove to the office, received a pamphlet describing the procedure to be performed. The pamphlet described a procedure that I wasn't familiar with, hadn't discussed with Dr Racz and hadn't approved. I cancelled the procedure due to uncertainty. After bringing these issues to Dr Racz, he became angry and suggested I may need a new Dr, I agreed. I reccomend avoiding this practice.

That left narcotic pain meds and muscle relaxers. he finally convinced me to put in a pain stimulator. Very bad decision. Didn't work a single bit!! Had it removed due to inability to have MRI with the device. He removed the battery but didn't tell me until after surgery that he had left all the leads in. Had to have them removed by a different surgeon. Dr Racz is a very good looking and charming physician. That alone cannot balance out the rudeness from his staff, calls never returned, no matter how urgent your need. I find it very unprofessional to have a receptionist sitting at her desk eating a full serving of BBQ chicken wings!! I ended up with surgery by an orthopedist. After recovering and going back to see Dr Racz he started yelling at me because he hadn't received records from the surgeon. Another case of his staff never returning calls and sending necessary info to the orthopedists. He felt 3 attempts were enough. Thank goodness Miss Peggy has retired!! Vicki 4-1-2024

Unimpressed! I saw Dr Ju who performed my second surgery. I was in the hospital for 7 days and…read morenever saw his face post surgery. I went back to him post op and told him multiple times that I had even more pain. All he said was that "his work was perfect". He never sought answers for me. After choosing yet another opinion, I have had another surgery to correct his "perfect work. The office staff is also very rude! I highly recommend that you go elsewhere!

Zero percent impressed with this office!!!! My Dad has been in severe back pain for several months…read morenow. After he was finally able to get in, they sent him to another place to get imaging (which is fine). They had an appointment one week later to go over imaging and discuss what can be done to help. The imaging facility wasn't able to get the image that was needed, but did get a different type. They show up for the follow up appointment, and they don't have them scheduled BUT my mom has the text confirming the appointment. They apologize and say they will see him. After getting to the room the nurse tells them they didn't receive any imaging from the place they sent them too, and that there is nothing they can do....NO empathy and not a care in the world that this could be frustrating to someone is LOTS of pain. She goes to chat with the Dr., because why would he care to take the time to come in himself and talk to a patient??? This office AND the place they sent them to for imaging completely dropped the ball. I understand that without imaging the Dr. can't see things, BUT all it takes is having a good bed side manner, taking 5-10 minutes of your time to actually talk to your patient yourself (NOT your rude nurse), and show a little understanding, and this situation would have been so much better....frustrating still, but better. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I was referred by my PCP and had a procedure on June 3, 2025. The office later stated that a…read morefollow-up was scheduled on June 6 for September 3. I did not personally confirm that appointment. I was told reminder calls were made on August 29 and August 31. One attempt was documented as a "busy signal," and the other as "unconfirmed." I never spoke with anyone, never received a voicemail, and never confirmed this appointment. First, the explanation that my cell phone returned a "busy signal" is highly questionable. Modern cell phones with call waiting do not produce traditional busy signals under normal circumstances. That alone raises concerns about how these reminders are actually being documented. Second, despite no successful contact and no confirmation, the appointment was automatically treated as a no-show and a $50 fee was imposed. I was informed that paperwork signed months earlier includes a no-show policy. What makes this more concerning is that after the appointment had already passed, I conveniently began receiving automated calls telling me it was time to schedule a follow-up. So the system clearly has the ability to reach my phone. Somehow reminder calls before the appointment resulted in a "busy signal," yet automated outreach afterward worked without issue. There is a difference between having a policy and applying it reasonably. If an office cannot successfully reach a patient to confirm an appointment scheduled three months prior, enforcing a financial penalty is not patient-centered service -- it is rigid billing practice. I paid the fee, but the handling of this situation reflects poor communication standards and a lack of accountability. Patients should be aware that even without confirmed contact, they may still be charged.

So I had to sit there for extra 45 Minutes. When they called me back finally I told the nurse that you took the wrong patient back, she said I know sorry. Then Doctor Blank came and talk about everything else other what I was there for, Finally said my blood doctor wanted me to have her check my small colon, Without looking at my all my blood work from Baylor she didn't think it was necessary, Wanted more blood work done. Said they couldn't look at Baylor information and wouldn't take to time to look my paper I brought going back to April of 25, This was in November. I found another Gastrologist with Baylor who will be sending the Test,
