They had the gall to tell me I didn't ask for the tires to be rotated. So they didn't touch them. I wonder what else they didn't do because " I didn't ask them to" This place is a joke. I'm old enough to…read moreremember when cars would have short two word alerts like "change oil", etc. Alas, as "Tiffany" crosses 30,000 plus miles she starts getting lights as such and recalls. I found Palmetto Ford on my Ford App as near to work and dropped her off in the morning, after finding literally a next day appointment. I described the issues, both the routine oil change & check engine light. With the VIN number, he was able to look up the recall in my car. He was able to resolve both the oil change & get the parts for the recall, which my previous regular Ford shop didn't have. He checked the check engine light which didn't resolve with the recall fix. In my service advisor's opinion it was a minor emissions leak and reset the light. He did advice to return if it came back, which it did. Besides the fact the light is still on, I'm holding back the fifth star because they don't have a courtesy right to and from work. Though he did explain they don't have this because they are a commercial dealer, it would be a nice convenience.
