what I asked for and what I got were nothing alike not even the same shape they turned out so ugly I could barley handle not crying while they finished painting them. I didn't ask for a super complicated design either . They put the acrylic on after telling me 67$ then charged me 87$ and said they had "miscalculated" , it wasn't even gel polish and I got charged that much . Not to mention the nail technician RUSHED through my set as well , overall it was a terrible experience and I cried in the car after paying for the set they gave me . I won't ever go here again n I definitely DON'T recommend using this salon . read more

I didn't care for this salon. I went there 3 times thinking it would be better the next time around...nope! It's very crowded in a small space. It did have a lot of employees which made it seem that much smaller. The employees were all snacking and drinking Starbucks coffee in the middle of working, and stopping to talk to each other instead of trying to strike up a conversation with the patron. I had to return on 2 of these occasions because my nails (acrylic gel) kept breaking. After the 3rd trip, I was DONE! read more

I've been here a few times and when I first started going I absolutely loved them. But as time went on things changed. The customer service has gone down hill and the employees just are not personable. I get look past that but the work as well has gone down hill. They've left my eyebrows red for hours after each time I've gotten them done and I was lenient because I do have sensitive skin but today was my last straw. I have at a minimum second degree burns and my whole eye brow area looks like I have a rash. I've done some cosmetology schooling so I know enough to know you're supposed to allow the wax to cool some after pulling from the extremely hot wax pot. Instead the wax was immediately slapped onto my skin It hurts very bad and unfortunately I will not be returning. I would spend your money elsewhere. Great nail salon. They offer so many variations on nail care for both manicures and pedicures. I have been going there since they opened, and I have never had a problem. Very friendly and good customer service. During holidays and sometimes near weekends, they can get very busy so expect a little wait as they do not take reservations...but they are worth it! read more

My 13 year old daughter and her friend got their nails done yesterday 8/12/2021. Her friend who was with her mom was able to get her regular nails and it was $54. The male who was doing my daughter (who was without a parent) asked her if she wanted gel or regular. She replied regular because it cost less. He then proceeded to tell her she couldn't get them bc it takes too long that she had to get gel. Mind you she is 13 and not going to or should have to question what the ADULT is telling her. She got gel it was $70+ and her friend got regular which is what she asked for but "it would take too long" (which is ridiculous when you are paying for a service). Guess who was finished first? Her friend who got regular. My daughter was taken advantage of bc she was young with no adult to reiterate her decision. I am very angry and honestly shocked that a reputable business acted in this manner. read more

I really wanted to like this place, because it was conveniently located on my way home from work and they have an amazing color selection. * My experiences has been good in the past, until I return back after 3 days due to my nails chipping and peeling off last year. The way I was treated when I ask politely for a repair was so offensive. The nail tech spent the entire time telling me how this was my fault and that they are not going to fix my nails without me paying. After the nail tech took a 2nd look she admitted that it was their fault and they did not charge me, and apologized. I still tipped them... That was my 1st experience. * I should've took that as a sign but than six months later I did ‍ once again. * Things were good again. I visited them about 3x's before I experienced another set of my nails chipping and peeling after three days of application. When I politely shared to the tech I got the same response as before. Nail tech tried to look my nails... while she was in the middle of doing a pedicure for another costumer ( which i thought was very unsanitary) I already knew that her goal was to find a reason to place blame on me. She became defensive immediately, and said that she does a good job and that the peeling was my fault. The nail tech was annoyed and made me wait 2hrs and pay $25. Literally 4 people came in after me and she served them as I patiently waited reading a book. I knew that she would purposely make me wait because she was annoyed. When she finally did my nails over she wouldn't even look or talk to me. This time around she did put my nails under the UV light longer which help because my nails were not gummy like it was before...she made sure of that. All in all I wish they would have considered my feelings, I was annoyed too and didn't want to be there again anymore than they wanted me to be. * I had to come back on monday and pay $25 more dollars and wait another 2 hours. After paying $75 and hours of waiting on Friday. * Life happens rather it was poor quality products, mishaps during application process, or even if I chipped them Good customer service would've kindly repair them and not nail shame me. And as a good customer I would've tip her. * Read more reviews about Next Top before you decide to try them. Just moved here so trying to find a new salon, which is always hard! They did an okay job on my nails, but certainly not worth the price, they were more expensive than my salon in Denver, come on this is Anderson, SC!! And they didn't even clean the excess powder/glue from underneath/around my nails and no lotion or oil at the end?? The tech kept leaving and working on other people, it shouldn't take over an hour to do dips! Probably won't be going back read more
