At the end of the day I loved my finished product. I was quoted $100 more for a small size. I got a 3" X 5" hang tag for cheaper two sided print in color with Gloss finish. Be ware.. DO NOT USE.. Really dissappointed by nextdayflyers. I order some postcards for a fundraiser. Long story short- I ordered about 3k postcards with postage and mailing added but because it's a non profit they emailed me saying I needed an NPA number for the post office OR I would have to pay extra for postage. The postcards were $150 and the original postage and labels cost about $1100 on top of that. It's going to take me longer to try and figure out the postage issue. I spent time going to the post office and they had no answers. That should have been part of the check out process for non profits- i.e. "non profits need to provide an NPA # to be eligible for discounts on postage, do you have this number". They went ahead and printed the post cards anyway and then said I had two options, either get an NPA number- which I didn't have and frankly didn't even know what it was OR pay the extra almost $700 for postage.. They wouldn't cancel my order because THEY had already printed the postcards, which is funny because that isn't my problem. The deal wasn't done and if they needed something extra they should have waited till everything else was sorted out.. like a NPA number or whatever.. But to make me feel like I was backed into a corner with no way out was BS. I told them they can either cancel my order OR I will call the credit card company and have them reverse the charge.. This got a response out of them of course.. "well let me see what I can do". At the end of the day, I told them to cancel the postage and mailing service and send the postcards to me and I would do it myself. Which isn't ideal as it's going to be pretty time consuming mailing and stamping almost 3000 postcards.. but it just is what it is. They shouldn't offer these types of services without letting customers know what it entails and what to expect. Each person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. But overall, will never EVER use them again. Super dissappointing, super lazy explanations and only willing to do something after a treat.. That's no way to run a business. read more

Don't use it if you want your order "next day". I ordered four business days ahead of when I needed, paid extra for "overnight", giving them wiggle room of a day or two - it was delivered two days later than the drop-dead date (six days total). Don't use them, a lot of broken promises and then had the nerve to offer me 20% back on my order that I received 4 days late, after my event. The people that answer the phones are so sweet and nice, but all my panic calls fell on deaf ears. And it was so simple to make the change on their end even when they realized there was a problem. I ordered Real Estate Cards and the whole copy did not get printed and now am looking for a different company to print them. Unbelievable an waste of money. I don't know if they printed the wrong card but I took this one out and put the other one with the additional writing in ---so they should have gotten it right. Why they don't email you a copy before they print it to make sure is beyond me so just I just wasted money. I do not recommend !!! I purchased items for an event and paid over $100 to ensure they would arrive on time - everything showed the correct arrival date throughout the checkout process. When I checked the tracking, it showed an arrival 5 days late! I emailed and asked for a refund or credit because the items are now useless. They declined because the items were already in production. I understand that production time is not the same as transit time but the only reason I used this company was because they claimed to be able to do the quick turnaround when others couldn't. Incredibly poor experience. NDF has been inconsistent, at best. I've received some quality print jobs from them, but just as many that required being reprinted because of monumental screw ups. Typically I can say that their customer service makes up for this - my most recent experience leads me to retract even that. Recently ordered 4 sets of 1,000 business cards. Edges were messed up, colors were off (a black box around the logo, on the backside), all things that rudimentary quality control could have prevented. Even better, they couldn't even issue a reprint for another SEVEN days. I asked to have this canceled, as well as another print job I have presently in production. They offered to give me a service credit, not even a refund. Not sure what's worse, their ability to print, or their customer service. read more

This company is highly unprofessional, never trust them if you have a time-sensitive job. On Monday, November 29th, I called customer support to make sure that if I place a 3-business days order I'll be able to pick it up on Thursday, as I have a flight Friday morning. The representative of the company made me sure that if I place the order before 6 pm it will definitely be done on time. I immediately placed the order, only to receive a call at 12 pm on Thursday, saying that my order will not be ready on time due to the paper shortage and supply chain issues(lol). So instead of letting me know that on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday they decided to wait until the day when I was expecting my order. Canceled my order and overpaid to get the job done on time by another company in the same area. And apparently, they do not have any issues with paper shortage or supply chain, weird, huh? read more

I will save you time, money and stress. DON'T USE THEM TO PRINT STUFF. Every time I print with them, there is an issue and this time they've left me up a creek with no paddle. No one follows up, no one follows through, their graphics department is lazy at best, and while it's cheap, I'd rather pay more to have it done on time and right. I actually had to threaten them once just to get my stuff printed. Went back because they offered me a free next day upgrade, and was going to use them this time, till I was told that even though I had submitted my files on a Friday, because I couldn't resolve my issue till Tuesday (due to a federal holiday) that I would have to upgrade and pay the almost $90 difference for the same Friday delivery. I have been using this print shop located in the valley and their pickup in west LA. Not only are they well priced but their service is outstanding. When I got my order the entire batch of hang tag prints came out completely unusable, customer service was completely unwilling to help, I paid extra for next day turnaround and my order was completely rushed through with no quality control. What good is next day printing if the prints will be useless once delivered and have to be reprinted? Once they got my money I was no longer a priority. I have been using Next Day Flyers for years and they are superb! I order business cards, post cards, flyers and more for dozens of businesses each year and never had an issue! I have even placed an order in the morning and had it ready for pickup by the end of the day which you cannot beat! After seeing some of the other reviews of customers who left negative feedback it does not make sense. If i had an issue I call them or email them and get the answers I need. If you upload your files in 300dpi and print ready format you will have no issues at all. Would recommend no other company other then Next Day Flyers! Thanks guys!! read more

I would find another option before choosing Next Day Flyers. The customer service is trained to be very polite and helpful, but there is a major breakdown in communication once you hang up. I have spent over $700 on 5 items that I began to order over a months ago. The design department makes tons of unnecessary mistakes and trying to have them resolved through telephone support is nearly impossible. I've spoken to customer service at least 20 times and counting to get my order corrected and shipped out and it has been a huge hassle, to say the least. I ordered bookmarks and after many mistakes from the design department, customer service ensured me it would be corrected. They sent me 1000 bookmarks without the mistake fixed so they were unusable. I ordered postcards, and the printing came slightly faded. I ordered a step and repeat banner assuming the stand I already own would work but did not. After calling back to order the stand, they would not sell it to me because "It has to be ordered together". Now I have an expensive step and repeat banner with no stand. When asked to speak to a manager two have my concerns addressed on two different occasions, they said no one was available or there was no one in the company I could complain to. What kind of company does that? What's most frustrating is that I still need to order more product but can't trust Next Day Flyers with my future purchases. Finally, I am not sure why they call themselves "Next Day Flyers". They are anything but prompt, professional, or trustworthy. Find another company to spend your hard-earned money with. read more
