This place is awesome! The wait time is next to nothing, the staff is/was fantastic and I've been here about 3-4 times so it's I know it's not a fluke. Kristen, the person I saw when I first walked at the front desk was totally friendly, knowledgeable about insurance as well as having a sweet smile which is always nice to see when you're feeling ill. I was called back in less than 10 minutes of being registered. Bianca RT took my vitals, went over my chart to make sure it was correct and updated my information. She's exceptional at her job and extremely attentive while listening to why I had come in. Less than 10 minutes later I saw Jennifer Vasquez FNP who was AMAZING!!! I wish she could be my PCP. She didn't rush me out like 99% of doctors tend to do, she actually listened to what I was saying (unlike my current PCP), she even recommended a walk in dermatologist clinic in Corpus Christi and sent a referral to them for me. Seriously, why can't all health care provider's be like this? I've had terrible luck in Beeville with doctors. If I could give a zero, I would.Do not come here unless there is nowhere else (it's the closest for me so it only makes sense). I come for rapid tests so that I can see my mom in an AL community.i have come to this location every month since October and there are different rules every time.if I don't stay in town for a couple hours after to pick up paperwork,it could be days or never that I receive the paperwork for confirmation.i have waited hours to get tested even with an 8am apt.Today I have been trapped 2nd in line since before 8am again and they won't let me use the restroom and there is little end in sight. DO NOT GO HERE FOR RAPID COVID TESTING! Their website states... Appointment not required and Testing for all patients. My elderly father had a 9:30am appointment. He waited for 3 hours in his car only to be told they would not be rapid testing him. He was sent to the ER. He did test positive. It was important for him to get quick results because my elderly mother has too many health issues to name and we needed to know the results. Additionally, he had been around my 93 year old grandparents. This is a poor business and health practice. If I could give less than one star I would. Choosing who gets a test and who doesn't is ridiculous. My son was rapid tested in Dallas. He was in and out in 5 minutes. THAT IS THE WAY THINGS SHOULD BE DONE! read more

This location has a very friendly supporting staff. We didn't have to drive to a separate location to be x-rayed. The QR code doesn't work for Google! Ideally we would like to be fully diagnosed and it's hard to find a clinic that has all the equipment to do so. Get the equipment to fully diagnose people and five stars you will have! read more

I was disappointed in this location- I was informed by my moms insurance that all covid 19 tests were covered INCLUDING rapid tests. The lady that checked us in kept saying that they would NOT cover it- advised I just spoke to insurance and was told yes they might cover it but it isnt covered with their location so they wouldn't cover it- i said so your misinforming the patient- even if our insurance will pay for it you wont accept it. so reword the way you say it because you are flat out lying to the patient ... in that case how much would i need to pay for the rapid- my mom has kidney AND heart issues so I need the results asap.. we don't allow people to pay for the rapid... We scheduled ahead and made an appointment on their online service. We were on time and have now been waiting 1 hour and 42 minutes, with no end in sight. 42 minutes ago, they told us we were "next in line." This was the second time this week this happened... earlier in the week my sick daughter had to wait well over an hour to be seen past her appointment time. If they prioritize walk-ins over people who make appointments, they need to let patients know that on their site. It is not fair to sick kiddos who feel awful to have to wait for this long to be seen. There is nothing "urgent" about the way this facility operates. read more

This is the ONLY walk-in clinic in Beeville and in a 1 hour radius. Last time my husband and I came here we didn't even get to see a doctor, just a nurse practitioner. She misdiagnosed my husband and now we're back two days later. One of the receptionists is very ill and coughing all over everything. I asked the receptionists to please turn down the volume on the tv in the waiting room because it is blaring and my husband and I feel ill. I was told turning down the volume would violate HIPAA laws. I'd rather drive an hour to another clinic than come here again. read more

I am a health professional that Obtained Covid through patient care I was on day nine with very mild symptoms the only thing I was experiencing was a mild discomfort in my lungs and was wanting to be seen in the clinic for chest x-ray I was told by the receptionist at the desk that I was not gonna be able to be seen at the clinic because my symptoms were too severe I explained I had no shortness of breath there was no distress in my conversation with the receptionist and I'm not wanting to go to the local ER my symptoms do not coordinate for me to go to a local ER I'm not in any type of acute distress I was still refused and denied services I was then forced go to the local ER which treated me with dignity and respect my results were absolutely normal bloodwork normal EKG and normal chest x-ray the response from the nurse practitioner at twin fountains west well I just didn't want to have to send you to the local ER and you have two bills I will not ever go back to twin fountains urgent care clinic nor will my family and I will make sure all my friends and coworkers know that a dedicated healthcare professional was denied services just because I was Covid positive read more

This is the worst Dr.'s office I've ever been too. The wait is always forever. I feel like the turnover of patients takes forever. I came in here for a TB test for work, sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before being seen. Came in this morning and waited for an hour and none of the five people in front of me had been called. I had to leave because I was already 30 minutes late to work. I came after work, and I'm still waiting. I had to come here last night for an infection I had on my index finger thanks to my cat. (That little stinker, lol) I couldn't be more pleased with Twin Fountains Urgent Care. I was seen promptly, I was in & I was out. The young girl at the front desk was SUPER nice. The guy that did my vital signs and weighed me was also SUPER DUPER nice as well. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and nice too. So, what I am saying is.... It almost felt like a little family going here as I felt they had great hospitality. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and really seemed to care about me. Everyone talks a lot here and I think that is a good thing. It's what small town South Texas is all about. Friendly, honest, genuine people that you can count on. The girl at the front desk even called around Beeville to see which pharmacy was open that late at night. It was getting close to 8pm. I feel they all went way above & beyond to make me feel comfortable and take care of my needs. I would use this place again for urgent care needs. In fact, I had no wait time after I checked in. The nurse practitioner called in my prescriptions for me to Walgreens in Beeville. By the time I got to the counter at Walgreens, my meds were already ready. My dad is working in this area at the moment, hours and hours away from home and his primary care physician. He is experiencing COVID symptoms while he is an older man with family medical history which concerns us deeply. NextCare said they would be able to test him but it would be up to the physician if meds would be prescribed. I then asked if someone could ask the physician if he/she would prescribe the meds we were asking for, if not, we would have him test somewhere else. First response was that all physicians were busy and could not be asked at that time. I asked that my name and number be taken so that when they got an answer, they can call me back. Which was an issue for them, not sure why. Then seconds later, miraculously, a physician was available to ask the question to, who then said its up to the physician.. I said "So you asked a physician and the physician said it's up to the physician?" Lady says "yes".. WHAT A JOKE. What physician can't answer a question... Yes, I can prescribe that medication or No, I cannot prescribe that medication... We are dealing with a deadly virus right now and finding a location that is willing to help someone is ridiculously hard. What kind of world are we living in... NextCare Urgent Care's are located in so many places, and I will NEVER call again no matter where we are or for what reason! read more

If could give a "0" I would this is the slowest place I have ever been for a drug test especially knowing what you are there for I had to pee twice before they were ready for me. There was only 1 other person that came in after me. The nurses and staff were all to busy talking to each other to care. I travel all over the U.S. And this is by far the worst worst Dr. office that I have ever been to. Drive to Kenedy, TX instead or Houston before here. read more

What a shit show. My girlfriend went in because she had a cough, but she's pregnant and was unsure what she can take. She was under the impression that this place was an after hours clinic. The doctor, who I'm sad to say I don't know the name of, so rudely told her that she had been there 12 hours and asked if her if that was long enough. Then she made the complaint that my girlfriend came in because of a "fucking cough". The clinic closes at 8:00 pm and she said she was out the door at 8:02. I'm a little disappointed I don't have the rude doctors name but I guess the unprofessional bitch is gonna get lucky this time. I apologize for the foul language in the my review but i figure if its appropriate enough for a doctors office it appropriate enough for an internet review of the same doctors office. My advice if it's even close to closing time and you're not dying just drive to Corpus and let some legit medical professionals diagnose you. read more

Messed up on workmans comp documentation. Took over a week to get my MRI scheduled. Found out I have a broken leg and still have not heard from any of the referrals.... Called customer complaint line and never heard back... Called the person who schedules the referrals and never got a call back... My leg is still broke and they don't care. read more
