As an auto insurance customer with State Farm for approximately 30 years, I can claim without…read morehesitation that they've been exceptionally good to me. For example, my new(er) car was slightly damaged around the time of the big microburst monsoon storm that hit Tucson in June - the one that knocked down so many trees. I didn't realize there was damage to my car (front bumper) until three days after the storm, so I wasn't positive regarding the actual cause of the damage; I just knew it didn't come from something I did. So, I was honest with SF regarding the situation. And, rather than count it as a collision case, which they could have done, they put it on my comprehensive instead. That saved me $250 (my collision deductible) and guaranteed no increase to my monthly payment. As my father is ex-military, I could have gone with another insurance option years ago, but I decided to stick with SF to establish a solid track record. (The monthly rate was only $9 less/mo. anyways.) That decision of mine has seemingly paid off even though I've switched SF agents numerous times over the years. Their staff has always been cordial, professional, and prompt regarding all of my auto matters, so I'm making it a point to mention their high-level of performance and my personal satisfaction. Very disappointed in this insurance. I fell victim to a scam by a homeless person. Since the…read morehousing shortage and decrease in funding to help the homeless in Tucson the city have people living in the washes and the streets. I was at the gym at 5 AM on September 24 and I was leaving, barely moving, going to turn on to the main drive of the parking lot outside of LA Fitness on First AVE. The sun was not out yet. I felt a bang behind my seat on the side of my car. I stop and get out and there is a guy all dressed in black screaming and yelling. I called the police and the ambulance. The man was hurt, I did not know what happened. I stayed till everyone was gone when the police came, took pictures, and fortunately there was a witness who gave me his phone number. He had left the gym before and was suspicious of this guy walking out around the parking and looked spaced out. He would not talk to the police at the hospital and then went to a lawyer and reported that I backed over his foot then pulled forward and back over again. The witness disputed his version. I WAS NOT CITED. The witness stated there as no way I could have avoided what happened. I was hardly even moving. I reported it to this office and the guy told me that this parking lot has a terrible homeless population. I did not know. I went back a few weeks later and took photos of them sleeping in the parking lot when it was light out. There damage to my car. Then I get notice that this office will not talk to me and I try to send a message and I was blocked. They determined I was 60% at fault. REALLY no support and obviously a scan. I have never in over 40 years of driving I have never had an accident my fault. You're good if you don't need this insurance. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT!!! I moved my policies.

I asked for rental coverage to be added, went over all my options, confirmed pricing and thought I had rental coverage... not even 2 months later I am in a horrible car accident (not at fault) my vehicle was totaled, I was seriously injured and this office FAILED to actually add this coverage. Because of this offices mistake I was without a vehicle. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They don't update your address when you ask, they don't update your policies, I have no idea what they actually do? I have never been so disappointed. My mom worked for SF for 20 years, I've been very loyal to this company but this office ruined it. I've talked to Sabrina herself a few times and she claims she was "unaware" that any of this happened....I've talked to her twice? How are you "unaware"? What IS this office aware of? Because it doesn't seem like much. It seems as if it's their first day every time I talk to somebody in this office. Save yourself the headache and hassle. I'm not sure how to get anything through their heads. Do NOT trust that they actually updated your policy. You need to double check everything yourself.

Over the last six months time I have contacted Thadeaus Jones agency to add or change a policy they have either never called me back after the request, or when they did days later they put the wrong type of car on the policy even though the have the correct VIN (happened twice), don't call you back at all, give you attitude, and always address me by the wrong name. I am currently on day 6 after calling 3 different days, of waiting for them to call me back so I can add an insurance policy. I'm not sure if this is putting me or them at a liability risk but It seems they have better things to do then keep me insured, so I will be going to a different State Farm branch.
