Really awful. For a big name, the staff in this store are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Basic requests were met with monosylabic answers, blank looks and, on one occassion when I asked if they had something in a different size, rolled eyes and a huff off to the back to check, being told simply 'Nope' when the lady returned, no 'sorry' or advising if I could order it online instead. Have never had service like this from any other branch of Next, come to think of it, can't remember service this bad in any other store. Won't be shopping there again. read more
